We had a great family stay at this home! We had lots of space for our off-days at the parks. We were able to enjoy the pool, theater room, and game rooms with our group of 11 with 6 adults and kids hanging in ages from 4 to 21. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. My family recently stayed a week here and had an absolute blast. The pool was wonderful on the hot days, the games kept our boys (and us!) entertained and the neighborhood amenities are amazing! Highly recommend you take advantage of both resort pools/slides. We needed to communicate with the property manager a couple of times (nothing serious) and they were very responsive. House is perfectly distanced from all of the Disney activities we did as well. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

Villa was lovely and as per the photographs shown on VRBO. Lots for teenage kids to do. Championsgate was a lovely complex to stay at with good security. Very speedy responses to questions raised from the property owner and management company. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

Great location, lots of games for the kids and they loved the pool and hot tub. Also had fun watching a movie while in the pool! There were a few things that weren't working while we were there but all it took was a phone call and maintenance came and addressed the issues .

Was a very nice spacious house with lots of room for 9 adults and 6 children . House was nice and clean and was nice to have all the bathrooms My grandchildren just loved the pool and spend a lot of time in it . We did pay to have pool heated and were glad we did . Would have been nice to have a couple more chairs around the patio table when we ate outside. We had a very very good week and would definitely like to come back!

Everything you need (and more)!

This stay exceeded our expectations! Thankfully we had good weather and were able to utilize the pool and hot tub daily. The kids (10-16) had everything they could’ve wanted in the pool area (pool tv screen was a huge hit for watching Xmas movies from the pool and hot tub) and the game room. There were enough dishes and space for all 14 of us and the 2 sets of washer/dryers kept the towels refreshed. Highly recommend this property. Also the Star Wars themed movie room was a highlight as well.

Loved the property, themed rooms and game/ Theatre room were a hit. The only downside was the AC stopped working in the theatre room two days before we check out and one of our family members has bad allergies and we didn’t notice the plus in air fresheners until the night before we checked out. We stayed in this house along with our cousin families with kids of different ages. The house is fully equipped with lots of fun stuff ranging from Xbox, pool and other table games to even two theaters (inside and a pool theater). Parents and kids spent quality of time in all corners of the house and had loads of fun. The host gave us clear instructions helping us with smooth checkin and checkout. The house is huge, clean and nice in a beautiful neighborhood close to lots of shopping. Overall we had no complaints at all and really enjoyed every bit of staying in this house.

Golf group of 10 adults. Everyone had a bed. Lotsa bathrooms and lotsa games when we were not playing golf. 9.9/10. Lost a tenth for the bbq that costs extra fee and was almost useless and dirty. That’s it. Will stay again if we visit Champions Gate.

Overall it was nice. Couple things I feel would be helpful. Handrails in bathrooms downstairs (I am somewhat handicapped an need these rails for ease of in an out of shower) need bigger pans for cooking for large group (the house is big for large group but nothing to accommodate it) kids loved the pool area an game rooms !

Great stay! Only complaint was the bed in master bedroom needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. Pool and spa could use a railing. Long step down in spa. Fell in twice. Spa quit working and was fixed next day. Enjoyed sitting on patio able to watch the screen/movie outside at night. Our 6 teens between 13-16 enjoyed the game rooms! Spent most of their time there while I enjoyed the pool😁

Best VRBO house yet!

Every Father's Day, for the last 8 years, our family has gotten a vacation home for the weekend where we celebrate the fathers in our family. We host a cookout the first night, a fish fry the second night, and an all day brunch on Father's Day. In the past, houses were hit or miss and nothing was ever big enough to accommodate everyone. This year, the house was perfect! It was just as advertised and was well-maintained. We had plenty of space; and there was lots of entertainment with the theatre room, game room, and pool, and the waterpark was just a short walk away. We didn't have to bring our own pots and pans because the kitchen was well stocked, and when we had a minor issue with more drivers than expected, management was very responsive and helpful. This VRBO was the best house we have ever experienced by far and we hope to be back next year! Thank you Keith, Katie and the Pro Agent Group!

FAVORITE PLACE

We have been traveling yearly to Florida and always looking for a perfect house to keep our large family busy and this house was absolutely PERFECT! The house was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, ect. We had plenty of towels, and never felt that we "needed" anything more. The owner was so easily to communicate with and was able to add pool heat the same day we asked after deciding to heat it. It is well worth it to heat the pool and enjoy the hot tub. The outside projector screen and TV might have been the highlight of our vacation. We watched a movie and enjoyed the pool/hot tub every night. The movie theater was amazing as well and a great addition to an already perfect house. Our children loved being able to use the games upstairs and when they were playing you wouldn't even know it. There was so much room in the house we never felt crowded. I will be returning to this home!!!!!!

Spacious and fun for the family!

We had a group of 8 adults and 8 kids, and the house was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. The kids especially enjoyed the movie room and game room- there was plenty to keep them entertained. The Oasis was just a short walk away, which was fantastic, with great food and a heated pool with a hot tub. However, there were a few things that could have been improved for a more enjoyable stay. We were informed the day before our arrival that the pool heat had been turned off due to cold weather, leaving 8 very disappointed kids. The neighbors kept their pool heat on, which made it even more frustrating for us. Fortunately, management came out 3 days into our stay to turn the heat back on, by day 4, the kids were finally able to swim. I believe this policy should be mentioned in the listing, as we specifically book the property for the heated pool and hot tub. There weren't enough beach towels, shower towels, or kitchen towels for all of us, so we found ourselves constantly doing laundry. The upstairs bathtub drain was clogged, and the beds were quite squeaky. We also noticed there was no pizza cutter, no baking sheets, and very dull knives, plus some dirty dishes. Despite these issues, everyone enjoyed this day overall. The hosts were very responsive and quick to address my concerns.
