This place is a perfect 10 out of 10 every single time. We’ve stayed multiple times and will absolutely continue to come back. It’s always quiet, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—right down to the essentials for our Thanksgiving feast. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 including three grown kids. The 3rd floor unit and balcony is a plus! We could see a snippet of fireworks in the distance each night. We spent Thanksgiving week here with our kids and created so many wonderful memories. The themed rooms are adorable and perfectly done. My daughter, who is an Animal Kingdom Cast Member, felt instantly at home in the main room decorated in a charming Animal Kingdom theme.The host, Alexis, is incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs. She truly goes above and beyond. Check-in is a breeze, and there’s plenty of parking conveniently located right in front of the unit.We can’t recommend this place highly enough

Perfect!

We came in to town to have a Christmas visit with my daughter. She is a cast member for Animal Kingdom. It was the perfect stay for our family. Each space in the condo is decorated beautifully in a theme. The entire condo was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The host to this condo was friendly and attentive to any question we had. Her attention to detail inside the space was perfect! We loved the Christmas tree and holiday decorations!! It made it feel like home and was a lovely touch. The little Micky Waffles bar in the kitchen that was waiting for us to make! WOW!! The condo itself was very quiet and it had plenty of space for 3. If we would’ve brought my teenage boys it still would’ve provided plenty of space. Parking was directly in front of the stairwell and the third floor location was nice! When we sat on the patio in the evenings we were able to see parts of the Epcot firework display off in the distance! We would definitely stay here again! I recommend this unit! It was the Perfect stay!!

Great unit, excellent location

We stayed for 5 weeks in this condo unit. It was comfortable, well situated in the complex, very quiet and everything worked well. Communication was also great with Alexis. The complex is located quite close to DisneyWorld as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The complex itself has a nice pool area, tiki hut for food and small store. Overall, a great place to stay!

Winter Break

Alexis was great to deal with as she was very prompt in getting back to us answering any and all questions. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Only issue is that the mattress on the master bed was not very comfortable as it has ruts in it. The "queen" bed in the second bedroom is a full mattress on a queen frame and if another couple joined us it would have been difficult

Very nice condo

Enjoyed our two night stay at this very Disney decorated condo! Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Good location for restaurants ( we did Bob Evans bkfst), Walmart, etc. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s 38 steps to reach the condo! Probably not an issue for younger folks, but for us a bit of challenge with luggage! Would stay again if in the area.

Garbage confusion and discarded bandaids in bedroom and dining room upon arrival

Disposing of the garbage was confusing. It was mentioned in two separate emails about the importance of disposing properly or being fined $100 for improper disposal. The bin specifically stated don’t put garbage on or in the bin-the email directed us to put garbage in bin, so we weren’t comfortable leaving garbage on any day. We took it with us to avoid misunderstanding, and further worried that someone else would put garbage in the aforementioned bin.

Fantastic

Perfect location, close to Disney, Walmart, several restaurants. Clean, Quiet, Safe Location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Superbly stocked and the kids loved the disney themed stuff. Would recommend and would stay here again

Amazing place to stay

This property was everything listed and more. The owner was very easy to communicate with and also very helpful She was in contact often and had great tips that made our trip more pleasant than it already was. Highly recommend this property.

Great Condo, Excellent communication

My family and I stayed in this lovely condo for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Condo was comfortable, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook (although I didn’t!) Location was central to all the parks. Very quiet unit as well. Excellent communication all along with homeowner Alexis, who even provided a lot of information about things to do in the area. Thank also appreciated the Brita water pitcher with new filter, nice touch! Thanks Alexis, will definitely recommend this property to others, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very Nice

The condo was just what we needed. The location is great, you’re close to everything. My daughter enjoyed the playground and pool. The beds were also very comfy. The owner was great! She responded to any request or questions very quickly! We will stay here again the next time we visit.
