Muggles and Wizards alike… all are welcomed. Private splash pool in a private covered lanai, steps to the lake, and includes all clubhouse amenities, including gym, bar, two pools, jacuzzi, playground. Themes include a Jungle Cruise powder room, Harry Potter, and Peter Pan, as well as a Pirates of the Caribbean themed bathroom…perfect for every adventurer. Comfortable Accommodation: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (Haunted Mansion Theme - Photos to be added soon) Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds (Peter Pan Theme) Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds (Harry Potter Theme) Living Room: Sleeper Sofa Guests will receive complimentary access to resort amenities including community pools, hot tub, walking trail, child playground, fitness and recreation center, and more! There is also a Pool Bar and Grill inside the resort that prepares fresh food and drinks for purchase. We are available to help 24/7. Spend your vacation at our Magical Themed Home in Encantada Resort. Enjoy the Floridian sun in the resort swimming pool complex featuring a zero-entry pool as well as an additional pool with a jacuzzi. You can also take a relaxing stroll or power walk on the walking trail near the lake or go for a good workout in the fitness center with weights, treadmill, and bikes. Amenities are complimentary for all guests to use. Please avoid wearing dirty or muddy shoes in the home. Pool - Guests Use the pool at their own risk. Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets. Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects. Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation. Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. The theming of the rooms was AWESOME - my daughter lovef the Harry Potter room :) House was very clean and well furnished, the pool was great, and the location is very convinent, around 20 minutes drive to Disney parks and just a bit longer for Universal. The hosts were great during check in process and checked in but were not over bearing. Highly recommend this to other vacationing families ##### Brent N.
