\- Parties and Entertaining external guests (those not staying) are not allowed inside or outside the villa.  
\- Pool and Spa Heat are not automatically included. You will receive a separate invoice at $60 per night, which heats both the pool and spa.

We absolutely loved our time in this wonderful home!!! It was just as described and the pictures are very accurate. My son and his cousin were living their best lives. But aside from the beautiful home, where the kids were entertained the entire time, I have to say that our stay was perfection because of our host Deanna!!! She was available to answer any questions. She was generous to tailor our trip to our needs. I tend to hesitate when booking vacation rentals but Deanna restored my confidence in renting these homes. She was extremely accommodating and even worked with me and my disability!!! If you book this home, you will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you so much Deanna!!!! We will be back!!

#### What a Vibe!

This home and experience was everything we could have hoped for and more. We booked last minute, connecting with our multi-generational family just days before our arrival. We had an infant, young kids, physically handicapped parents, and somehow this space worked for all of us. There's so much to do in the home itself - from the arcade to board games, the pool/hot tub, etc. The kitchen was well-appointed and allowed us to cook easily, but also, there are so many options close by to go to and take out. Everything was taken very good care of - it was evident that the owners keep up with maintenance and take pride in their space.There was a level of detail/intentionality taken in all parts. For example, switched lights were even in the bunks, and there were ledges for space fans (with plugs close by!). There were little magical touches everywhere and the kids LOVED exploring. I will never forget our daughter's sheer awe at getting into her princess room. We didn't really have issues that were left to address when we got there, but Deanna was supremely attentive and helpful. For example, there is a water park onsite at this resort complex (for an extra charge) but when we asked about it, she gave the information while also giving better suggestions for places less expensive, less crowded, and more enjoyable.We will definitely be back and so grateful to Deanna for creating this space! Honestly even better in person.

#### Can’t say enough…

Where do I start? In short, I can’t give enough praise to the property manager/owner. She was on top of every detail, went out of her way to host us, and was extremely responsive to every message sent. The house was great and provided every amenity stated and more. Having said that, the host was even better. The house is nestled in the far end of the golf course which provided seclusion from traffic and allowed for naps poolside. When requesting information about the golf course amenities, the host was prompt and transparent about options - even providing feedback about options closer to Disney. The pictures don’t betray you with this property. You will not be disappointed. My only feedback would be that we were disheartened to hear this property manager only owns this singular property. We wish every location could be as accurate and customer service driven as this!

#### Exactly as described & wonderful communication

Our stay was wonderful, I have nothing but great things to say. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed this space, both indoors and out. Communication with the owner was incredible, any little issue or question was immediately addressed. We were due to arrive the day after Hurricane Milton came through Orlando, and she went above and beyond to stay in touch with us all week, providing information and updates so that we knew we would be able to safely come for our trip. Our whole group would highly recommend this property!

#### Excellent vacation home!

We were a group of 8 adults and 5 children, ages 3-7\. The house was a hit with both kids and adults. The ball pit in the princess room was especially popular. Deanna was an excellent host, exceedingly helpful and responsive. Highly reccomend staying here!

This was the perfect place for our group, ranging from toddlers to adults and everyone in between. Beautiful resort, the house was very clean and well stocked, and the kids loved their rooms! The ball pit and foam pit were huge hits! Would definitely stay again!!

The Magic is Calling was indeed magical! Deanna is super helpful and responsive. The property is even better in person than the photos. The kids loved playing pretend in the themed rooms, the arcade and the pool. The adults felt super relaxed and everyone had an amazing time.

Everything was exactly as pictured or even better. Host responded to all inquiries right away. Extremely quiet and peaceful location. Pool area very private. Plenty of soft towels and places to sit. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. Beds are comfortable. House is extremely well organized. So many nice touches from the Mickey Mouse ears and treasure in the playroom, and the variety of pool toys, to the little mini fan for some white noise when sleeping, and the USB outlets near the bed. Would absolutely book this house again in a heartbeat! My daughter was asked what her favorite part of the vacation was and she said “sleeping in my princess castle and sliding down my slide in the morning”

#### A VRBO that lives up to it's promises

Deanna hosts this incredible home that is as magical as it is described. We have had a lot of experience with VRBOs and, until now, they have never been quite as wonderful as they are depicted. This property will not disappoint. Clean, fresh, beautifully decorated, and kid-friendly, everyone in your party will be thrilled. The pool and spa are beautiful, warm and perfect for small children. Children from 2-20 will find endless opportunities to be entertained with fantasy rooms, electronic games, pool, ping pong, foosball and more. Deanna is a perfect host and responded immediately to any concerns. There are comfortable dining areas (counter top stools, formal dining room and a large table with chairs on the patio). The beds and pillows were the best we've ever encountered. A large supply of pool/deck towels and soft, new white towels in every bathroom were appreciated! Although there is no back yard (the pool is fenced in), it is on the golf course and we were able to kick around a soccer ball with the kids after golfers were gone. We also enjoyed two other pools that are close by (a splash pool and a larger pool good for swimming). Our family is active and walks, runs and roller-blading were enjoyed through the lovely neighborhoods.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was exactly as advertised...and even better in person. Everything was immaculate and plenty of space for everyone. The only mistake we made was spending too much time at the parks and not enough time at the house. Deanna was an exceptional host, and EXTREMELY responsive to any questions we had. This house was perfect for the family vacation, with tons for everyone....from kids to adults, in a perfect location. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in the area.

#### excellent place to vacation when going to Disney parks

very close to the parks but the house was like Disney itself. beautiful house with pool jacuzzi, game room was really special and my grandchildren loved it and had fun with motorcycles and games. 6 bedrooms made it real easy for 8 guests. well maintained, great communication through house manager providing understandable rules that left no questions. very sizable rooms very clean and maintained. one of the best places i have stayed at many of the places on vrbo. we highly recommend this place and worth the money. my kids and grandkids loved it. my two granddaughters loved the princess palace and had as much fun there as the magic kingdom. ages were 4 and 5\. grandson 1 1/2 enjoyed it too. a great place to bond as a family verses staying in the park hotels as we have done that too. no negatives that effected us

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our 5 year old loved the arcade and the theme rooms and we all really enjoyed the pool. Deanna was a fantastic host, and super responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. We stayed at 4 similar properties (size, arcade/game room, pools etc) in similar locations during our trip due to late bookings, and Deanna's place was our all around favourite. Thank you for a wonderful stay and your kindness, we will definitely be staying here on future trips.

#### Thanksgiving reunion

We were amazed at the beautiful set up this property has. My grand children enjoyed every corner of the rooms and we did not want to leave the game room. We decided to stay in and not go to the parks because they were having such a good time. Thank you very much we will surely go back
