Everything in this lofty villa is exceptional from the well-thought-out design touches in all the rooms to the home theater, the selected games in two gaming areas in the home, and the creativity in the three kids -themed bedrooms. An added bonus: it sits on the property of the exclusive and amenities-rich Encore Resort, just a 10-minute drive to Disney s four iconic theme parks and some of the finest golf courses in the country! You won t believe your good fortune in finding this amazing place. Wood floors, colorful accent walls, sumptuous furniture and fabrics, and an amazing open floor plan in the contemporary living area that allows families and friends to gather for TV viewing, game playing, or meals, are all in one large space. Besides the comfortable seating options in the living room, guests will enjoy the ease of preparing meals in the efficient kitchen with premium appliances, plenty of granite counter space, and even a convenient six-person breakfast bar for more casual bites. A large table that can accommodate up to 14 during more formal group meals is available in the adjacent dining room. If anyone has any energy left after long days at the theme parks (and we know your kids most certainly will), there are myriad entertainment options to choose from, like the cartoon-themed game room with skeeball, foosball, a multi-arcade video game, plus a gaming console with dual screens and gaming chairs. The property manager did not successfully help us get some things fixed - such as pool cues to play pool. They did record my concerns (did not impact the enjoyment of the place) that were broken. Some ceiling fans didn't work, but they provided floor fans - so everything was great. The slide worked - wanted to highlight this since prior reviews noted that concern. The house was very clean and we loved our time there. We DEFINITELY recommend this place and Jeeves. ##### Beth L. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of space and seating options in the multiple living areas, so even with a large extended family gathering, no one felt on top of anyone else. The kitchen was large with plenty of counter space. Like many rental properties, utensils, knives, pots and pans were not great, so if you plan on cooking for a large family, you’ll be glad you brought some kitchen items from home. The movie theatre was great. Access to the on-site water park is a really nice perk and a huge hit with the kids. However, a lack of regular maintenance and a mixed degree of responsiveness by Jeeves costs this property two stars. Many items reported in other reviews were still present - non-functional water slide, broken shelves/drawers in the refrigerators, certain bedroom TVs are not working. Upon arrival at 4pm, the housekeeper was not done (she finally left around 7pm). In the rush to complete her work, the cleaning was average and it was not “additional covid disinfecting”. Some beds were made with the wrong size sheets (Queen sheets on King bed, missing pillowcases) and a final towel inventory was not done. Despite several calls, housekeeping never brought the missing towels or wash cloths (3 wash clothes and 3 hand towels for the whole house!) Although they did show up at 11pm to deliver four damp pillow cases! The broken valve to control water to the water slide was replaced at the end of our stay, but the slide was still not working when we left. Pool maintenance was done in the middle of the morning, including chlorine shock chemicals, rendering the pool useless for hours on a hot day. There is clearly a leak in the pool pump system that required the pool to be refilled almost daily for about 6-10” of water loss. There were lots of small things that really could be easily addressed - loose door thresholds taped down, non functional hairdryers, broken toilet seat, missing blu-ray player, broken skeeball machine, no ping pong balls, missing checkers, etc. None of these items were individually significant, but should be addressed for a property renting at this price point. And should have been easily rectified when we reported them. Half the pool drained one day and we couldn’t use it for about two days. Trash cans missing in bathroom. Living room rugs tripping hazard. One fridge almost unusable from all the broken drawers and shelves. Pool alarm sensor was off the first day and alarm kept going off. Hardly any TV’s work nor have any instructions. Theatre room unusable because nothing worked. For the amount of money we paid, I expect way better. Just felt like I always had to call or message about something. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could hope for. There were some technical difficulties with cable boxes and game consoles, which were addressed promptly by Jeeves staff. We paid extra for pool heat which I was on I want our timer so never actually reached Heat. That was a bit disappointing. We still gave it five stars because every other aspect of the home exceeded our expectations ##### Anna M.
