The Southern Retreat is a 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation rental home on ChampionsGate. The Southern Retreat is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful, but practical furnishings. Most bedrooms are equipped with ultra-comfortable memory foam mattresses, all have a High Definition LCD TV (there is a 65" HD TV in Loft and Living areas, most other rooms have 50"+ TVs) and custom décor creating a unique theme for each room. The home has beds for 34 + room for 2 cribs (36 in total). Pool & Spa heat is included with every reservation.

This home comfortably sleeps 34 guests + room for 2 cribs / fold out beds. Outside furniture features 5 loungers, with tables and seating for 16. Game room has Bar Table & Seating, Pool Table, Connect 4 and Basketball hoops!

When you arrive at The Southern Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. The exterior features a decorative driveway and walkway pavers, a Mediterranean Stucco facade and a barrel tiled roof. The interior of the home is professionally decorated and includes a full HD living room 65” smart TV with added premium channels along with HD TV's in each of the 9 bedrooms and a further 65” TV in the loft area.

There are 5 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with twin over full beds, full trundle and twin over twin bunks (each room sleeping 7), 1 with 3 queen beds, and 1 further bedroom with 2 full beds – comfortably sleeping up to 34 people. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large luxury dining room table (that seats 12) or around the outside patio tables (that seat 16).

Outside around the block paver deck area are several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces south, which ensures total sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.
