Fabulous 9 bedroom/6 bathroom luxury home sleeps 22 guests. Brand new and offers spacious accommodation. A private pool & jacuzzi greets you outside where there is a covered lanai, patio furniture and grill. The main living area is beautifully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and family lounge with big screen TV. Upstairs loft games area and work station including a full size pool table and air hockey. Themed rooms and spaces throughout create a vibrant living space full of fun and holiday memory making. Resort amenities are all included. Ideally located close to the major Orlando attractions, great access routes, restaurants and shops nearby. This is a brand new A-class resort with contemporary features and great appeal. Vacation memories are made here! There are two King Bedroom Suites on the ground floor. Upstairs bedrooms include four queen rooms, and two bunk rooms (twin on top of double). The games room is very large and spacious and includes a separate TV area. Regret no smoking or pets. Pool/jacuzzi heat available at an additional cost.

We loved the size of the home and the location. We liked the check in process, not getting out of the car. Garbage service was wonderful, we had 15 in our home. Check out was easy. Response from owner was prompt and the customer service on property was great. What we didn't like was the long line to get in the resort on check in day, the parking at the property wasn't ideal and the wifi and Internet were horrible. The pool needs to be serviced more often and cleaning service needs to make sure things are working properly. Overall a great stay and we would come again.

Overall, the home is lovely. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and plenty of space. For the cost, this is an exceptional home! The pool heat was turned on the day of arrival so the hot tub didn’t heat as we would’ve liked. The owner was very accommodated around this, which we very much appreciated. Unrelated to the home itself, the check in process at the entrance to the community was time consuming and guests should plan on anywhere from 15-30 minute wait their first day. This is not an issue with the home, but poor planning and system of the community. The line to enter for those entering for the first time was onto the main road at all times of the day. Once you have your gate pass, there are no issues with lines. Very happy with the home and exceptional customer service from the owner!

We didn't do very much at the house. We played in the soccer tournament. We went to Lake Apopka one day.We never found the WIFI password so we missed out on a lot of TV options. We enjoyed the pool table.

The house slept 20 but had enough utensils for 6. We bought plastic ware. No kitchen towels or pot holders Needed more towels in each bathroom. We did a lot of laundry. Overall we enjoyed the house

Overall, this was a great house. The neighborhood is nice and the community center is relatively close and very good. The owners worked with us throughout the process of booking and even helped us check in a few hours early (for a charge).But the AC never quite worked. It was 80 degrees in the house when we arrived and 24 hours later it was 78. After 3 visits from various service people, it was still not working well, but we essentially gave up trying. About four days later the temp got down to 74.We also notified about a light that didn't work in one bathroom and a fan / light that wasn't working in another. During our stay, the fan / light fell on one of our family members using the bathroom. Neither were ever fixed although we took the maintenance people to them and pointed them out.The owners were overall very helpful and responsive. The maintenance issues were frustrating and were never resolved. The house also did not have hand towels for the bathrooms or the kitchen. The kitchen did not have enough silverware for even one dinner for our whole group of 17. The pool in the back of the house was great. The patio had a ton of red ants so we had to be very careful to not leave any crumbs behind on the patio. We probably won't stay again at this location due to the maintenance frustrations. But it was mostly as advertised and we enjoyed our time together and our stay.

Our Stay in Windsor Island Dream

We had a great stay in Windsor Island Dream. We had plenty of space for our Group, and had a fun time. It was set up nicely and met our needs. The location was great. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Very Large Home

The house was huge, it was fun opening the endless doors of bedrooms and bathrooms. We knew it was big from the listing but in person was amazing. We did pay the 30 for pool heat and had an issue with it twice. Upon Friday arrival we did not have a heated pool, it wasn’t turned on-Saturday it was turned on for us but by Tuesday the water was cool again and we couldn’t use the pool. It was a loss of money for us and our stay through Thursday so I would be cautious for that add on. The resort was very nice and fun for the family.
