Palm Villa is a beautiful, family-friendly place with a heated pool/spa to help you relax in an outstanding gated community of Veranda Palm, so close to Disney. It has EVERYTHING you and your family need to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.  
  
Amenities You’ll Love:  
4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, which include two master bedrooms with comfortable king-size mattresses, walk in closets and attached bathrooms, a bedroom with two full beds and a fourth bedroom with full/twin bunk bed and an additional pull out full bed. Beds have very comfortable mattresses and pillows for you to comfortably rest after a long day.  
  
Private heated pool and spa with covered lanai complete with fan and outdoor patio furniture and pool games that can be used by the whole family and all your friends  
  
Full-sized air conditioned game room in garage complete with arcade with 70 games, arcade basketball shootout, billiard/pool table, ice hockey table, Foosball table, dart board, bar table and stools, children’s play castle, multiple board games with seating and table to sit, enjoy and have fun.  
  
Washer and dryer are in the unit and we provide detergent.  
  
Kitchen fully equipped and prepared for use with big and small appliances and we provide dishwashing liquid  
Bathrooms are stocked with amenities that we provide for the entire stay.

First Floor:  
The first floor has a very open design with connecting family room, kitchen, and dining areas with a view of the pool and spa, and sliding doors to the lanai and the patio furniture leading to the pool and spa. The first floor also includes the laundry room, a half bath, and a garage that has been converted into a game room.  
  
Second Floor:  
All four bedrooms are on the second floor of Palm Villa along with 3 bathrooms, two attached to the master bedrooms and one in the hallway adjacent to the additional two bedrooms. Hallways are carpeted and the kid’s rooms are decorated with some Disney favorite characters to really create a home-like atmosphere, suitable for all ages.  
  
Kitchen Amenities:  
Our kitchen has everything you need to eat and drink your way through your stay, including glasses of kinds, plates, bowls, and utensils for the whole table, which can seat six and two additional bar stools. The kitchen island makes for additional space to sit and serve with bar stools. Additionally, we have many appliances both large and small such as a full convection oven, fridge & freezer with ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, and much more. And of course a large sink and dishwasher to put everything away after the meal.  
  
Things To Do Nearby:  
Conveniently located, this house is only a few miles from Disney World and Universal Studios. Sam's Club, Super Target, Restaurants, Shopping Outlets, and Gas Station are 5 minutes from the villa. It is also just a short walk to the Community Club House. A short drive away from the best Gulf and Atlantic side beaches the Sunshine State has to offer (Clearwater Beach, Cocoa Beach). If your interests are less Earthbound, also a short drive away is the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral from which shuttles are launched into space on a regular basis.

#### What a gem!! Wonderful home! Everything you need or want for a perfect vacation!

We had a fabulous stay in this well-appointed home. Rubina was a fantastic host! It has everything you need to prepare meals. The beautiful furnishings show how much pride Rubina has in her home. The game room was a big hit for the kiddos. As was the private pool. Plenty of seating for watching TV after a day out and about. We had a couple of requests during our stay and Rubina answered within minutes. My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! You won't be disappointed in this home or the great host, Rubina! :)

This was my best experience with a host I have ever had. Very communicative when needed. The “starter” supplies in the house were wonderful (coffee, water, popcorn) especially after traveling and getting acclimated. The house had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fun activities. Nice pool and close to the amusement parks! We would definitely rent again.

#### Perfect place for families with kids

Home was very clean and had starter essentials. Rubina is very responsive and goes the extra mile to help when needed. We were stuck inside during hurricane Nicole and the game room was a life saver especially with little ones. We all enjoyed our stay. Only thing we had to wrestle with a bit was getting the spa hot otherwise it was great!

Very happy with the house ~ Rubina (property owner) and the property manager were very responsive to questions and requests. Rubina was amazing to deal with and answered the multiple questions I kept asking before we decided to rent her house. Our family had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this house.

#### Amazing Time

Great place! The location to the Parks made it easy to get to Disney and Universal. Target and Sams Club and Walmart are all a short drive, along with other stores etc.The house was perfect and Rubina was a excellent host! Any questions we had were immediatly answered and checkin was a breeze. The pool and spa were an added plus after a long day at the parks. Game room was fun and the washer and dryer along with added supplies was a huge factor in not having to pack so much allowing extra room for souveniers. We will be back soon!
