Our home is following CDC recommended cleaning and sanitation guidelines, all linens, dishware and utensils are cleaned with epa approved cleaners in between each check out and new arrivals. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected prior to each guests arrival. We are also following non contact guidelines. You will receive a personal door code for your stay and we will not enter the home except in case of an emergency. If you have any questions about our practices and procedures please feel free contact us. Your safety is our top priority.

Welcome! Let me tell you a little more about the home.

Home includes Free WIFI, House Phone (Local US calls) and Roku TV.
Fully stocked with Towels, Wash clothes, Linens and sheets and includes a full size Washer and Dryer at no extra charge.

Kitchen:
Kitchen has all major appliances full size fridge, oven with cook top, microwave, garbage disposal and a dishwasher for easy clean up. Other amenities include a coffee maker, toaster oven, all the cookware, cutlery, plates and cups you need to make a delicious meal.
Dining:
Formal dining and also seating available at the kitchen bar for that quick casual meal.
Living Area:
Large Flat Screen TV and comfortable seating where you can curl up and watch your favorite show or read a book.
Garage:
Converted to a game room that includes a full size Billiards table, Darts, Arcades and also a wall mounted TV so you catch the sports game. Parking for vehicles is available in the driveway.

Outside:
Pool and Spa are available for use for free. Pool and spa heating is an extra charge of $35 per day. Full size Lounge chairs, Patio Table for outdoor dining, Ceiling Fan, and an Outdoor Shower to rinse off from the pool and also access to Bathroom for your convenience!

Downstairs:
Master Bedroom 1: King Bed that has doors leading out to the pool deck, and a TV. The full en-suite bathroom offers a Jacuzzi Tub with jets and a separate walk-in shower.
Master Bedroom 2: King Bed, TV and full en-suite bathroom with a roman tub.
Master Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, TV and full en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom 4: King Bed, TV and full en-suite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 5: Queen Bed, TV and is also a full en-suite with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 6: 2 Bunk Beds, TV and has a Jack and Jill (Shared) bathroom with Bedroom 7.
Bedroom 7: Queen bed and crib with TV and shares the Jack and Jill Bathroom with bedroom 6.

There is also a security camera outside that covers the front of the home and driveway for that extra protection of your vehicles.

This property is Pet Free. While we love our 4 legged friends in consideration of our guests with allergies no pets are allowed.

Perfect home away from home

Our stay went smoothly at this property. From check in to check out everything was great! We had one minor issue with the hot tub and pool heat but was quickly fixed. Would definitely stay again!

Rundown Property

Pictures in listing are old. House inside and out was dirty, saying it's clean to covid standards is not at all true.. holes in walls, broken shower and closet doors, not enough towels, badly stained carpet, no comfoters, no TV by pool, entry code for house did not work. Paid extra to have pool heated was not ready. Water level in pool low, pool man says it has a slow leak. Pool area floor very dirty,, lock on door broken.. Pans, dishes and utensils were dirty, appliances were dirty and run down. Bathroom blinds had mold on them as did living room ceiling. Pool table is a mess and pool sticks, no darts for dart board. No water pressure in kitchen, sprayer broken. Most light fixtures missing light bulbs. Broken ceiling fans on upper level. Dirty curtains and walls. Kitchen table is shaky and disgusting,, lots of food crumbs under glass top.. We did see 3 bugs in the home.. Manager did bring more towels and fix a broken TV told us how to heat the pool. but has not replied to all other complaints.

Too many things falling apart. Appears no upkeep has occurred in years. Incorrect entry code by mngt kept us outside for almost an hour. Worst pool table ever. Arcade was fun. Pool was right size. BBQ grill a fire disaster.

We spent 3 nights with family and friends. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Just a mile or so from many restaurants and activities. Easy check in process.

Has Potential

I want to give this house a good review, but there are a few things holding me back. The layout is great, especially for a large group. Pool was warm and nice patio area. Location is perfect and a nice neighborhood. What makes me rate this a 3 star is the cleanliness factor. The bathrooms and basic house keeping were great. One of the cleaner places we have stayed in upon check-in. The big problem is the carpets. Every room in this house is in need of new carpeting. Or, better yet, hard flooring. They are so filthy, we would not let our dirty clothing even touch the floor. I realize that in this business there is a lot of traffic going through, but that is no excuse. If I would have had small children, I think I would have asked for a refund. We just kept our shoes on for fear of what our feet were touching. Walls need a fresh coat of paint, dishwasher was dirty inside, fridge was nasty under the pull out drawer, and the walls behind waste baskets in many of the bedrooms we filthy. Pop splash or whatever mystery liquid running down the walls dried on behind the waste baskets. One other issue we had is most of the shower heads need to be replaced or cleaned out. They either spray super hard or all over the place because they are clogged with sediment. If these issues were addressed, this could be a 5 star!

Wonderful house for multiple families, close to Disney

We have rented homes many times, and these owners were the best we have worked with. The house was in great condition, and when we had one small issue (a drain that was broken), they were out to fix it immediately. House was a great size for the 4 families...all the parents had a king bed...very rare. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was great. We realized you can see Magic Kingdom's fireworks from the pool area!! This area is getting so busy, it was nice not to be in a large complex. We were able to take a back-way to Disney and skip a lot of the traffic on 192. And there was never a line to enter our gated community. I highly recommend this house. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Excellent place stay for a family trip to Disney!!!

Stayed for a week at this house while on vacation. A great place for a family or two families to stay. House was clean and very nicely decorated. Having seperate bedrooms with thier own private bathrooms was extremely nice. Everyone was able to have some privacy. Disney is very expensive, staying here helps to save a lot of money. A full kitchen allowed us to have a lot of our meals at home. Found it more enjoyable to cook dinner and eat outside by the pool while the kids swam. Speaking of the pool, the family loved it. After all the money we spent on Disney, we asked the kids what was the best part of the trip? They said the pool. We had a couple minor maintence issues but when we called about them, our call was taken immediately and someone was out with a few hours to fix it. I wouldnt have mentioned this but the fact they were so responsive made us feel good to stay here. Without a doubt we will be staying here next year. Strongly recommend it for anyone going to the Orlando area for vacation.

Fantastic large property rental

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. Kasia made sure we were prepared for our stay and was very responsive to any questions. Even gave out many recommendations. The house was very clean and supplied for our family stay. The themed rooms and game room were a added plus for my kids. The house is so close to Disney, I don't think you can get closer without staying in one of their resorts, but for a fraction of the price. They even had baby gates to keep our "little's" off the stairs and a welcome box with all our starter supplies. Couldn't of asked for a better property, will be coming back!
