  • This fantastic townhouse is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

    The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are also available for free.

    Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

    This town house is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TVs, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.

    This new beautiful 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom two-story villa features:

Perfect location for Disney holiday

This property was perfect for our stay, very clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for our family. Location is excellent, being a short drive to all parks and a short walk into Old Town, which is must see on a Saturday night. Very highly recommended town house with great pool etc.

Location is amazing!

We had a great stay at Mary's place. The resort was clean and had a nice pool area and good amenities. We were comfortable space wise and the location was great. It put us near every convenience we could think of. If you get the chance to check out Old Town on a Saturday night, I highly recommend it!

Perfect location

Excellent location for the Disney Parks (10 to 15 minutes drive) and Old Town (5 minute walk). The apartment had all the facilities we required, pool and clubhouse close by. Can’t fault anything about our stay here.

Great house and gated resort!

Everything was clean and well supplied. Plenty of room for the grandparents, the parents and the granddaughter, and close to theme parks. Resort pool had 2 giant slides slide and @ hot tub, plus pool bar.

Fantastic place

The property was perfect for our family. It was close to the everything we needed and within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the heated pool. Perfect for January weather.

Excellent base for visting the Parks, fantastic property and owner

The property was perfect for our needs, perfect location as described for short drives to both Disney and Universal. The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our family of four. Also we had excellent communication with the owner who helped us with a couple of tiny issues during our stay. The property is in very easy reach of Old Town, local restaurants, and the pool and slides were great for our "rest" days away from the resorts. Highly recommended.

Great place and location!

We really liked our stay at this condo. It fit the 4 of us perfectly. It was two mothers and two daughters in town for dance competitions that were only 10-12 minutes away. All the parks were really close too. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better but we loved the pool, the neighborhood and the location of this great little condo!

Amazing Stay & Communication

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The tub floor in the shared bathroom was slick, definitely recommended a mat for younger kids to utilize while showering, but otherwise our stay was great! The owner was very easy to communicate with and solved an issue with grace and speed. We really enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for dinner, drinks, and games. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Behind Old Town

Overall the place served our needs. Located behind Old Town with shops and stores very close by. The pool was nice. The condo itself was a bit outdated with some imperfections but it didn’t effect our visit. The beds weren’t the best quality. The AC worked well at the end of long hot days.

Exactly what we needed

Stayed for a week for a family vacation. Conveniently located to just about everything. Went to 3 Disney Parks - all within 10-15 minute drives, which was really nice. Disney Springs was also a short drive. Spent a lot of time at the pool - which was a very short walk to get to. Pool and clubhouse areas were great. Walked to Old Town a couple evenings, which was a very easy walk. Nice little amusement park and shopping area. Townhouse had everything we needed for 5 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to theme parks

Could not have been closer to theme parks. Literally 14 min. from parking spot at Magic Kingdom back to townhouse. Publix, Walgreens, other shopping and restaurants nearby. Resort nicely kept, gated, and nice pool area, Clubhouse food and drink very good and good size portions. Townhouse was a bit more outdated than online pictures and furniture a little best up. Carpet could use cleaning especially in master bedroom.

Nice home and convenient location

The home was just as expected. Self check in was convenient. The home was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient. Close to Magic Kingdom and you have many food options and things to do nearby. Although we didn’t need any assistance from Mary during our trip she made sure to reach out beforehand and sent us an informational email about the property and check in/check out process. Mary made sure to let us know we could reach out if we needed assistance. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Disney trip

We rented for a week. communication with owner was always prompt. Unit was clean. The only drawback for us was the units were being reroofed which was noisy and a nuisance in parking. Had roofing not been going on 5 stars

Disney 2024

We jad a wonderful time It was a great way to spend our two weeks in Florida. We had lots of room and saves momey by being able to make our own meals and do our laundry in our facility. A little updating is needed, like fixing the blimds in the room with twin beds or adding curtain to that room. Also, the pool closing at 9 in the summer is frustrating after a long hot day in the parks, but nothimg the owner can control. Our kids loved it and were sad to leave. Overall, we were very happy and will be staying here again. Thanks for being part of a wonderful family vacation!
