Entering you have a very large living room with plenty of seating around the large flat-screen TV with all UK channels and FREE WIFI. For dining, you can use the fold-out dining table inside or enjoy the front balcony for dining outside or enjoy the covered dining area on the private solarium. Next to the living room is a large fully fitted kitchen with all mod con's required for your holiday. There are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and a full family-style bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The home has full air-conditioning as well. Also, there is a private solarium, with space to sunbathe, have a BBQ and dine under the stars. There is a small front area and private parking as well. Simply a perfect home for the family on holiday. The property is next to the communal pool where you can have a swim, sunbathe, and just relax. The location makes this fantastic as you are only a few minutes' walk to the world-famous Villamartin Plaza where you will find a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Paul Young & Los Pacaminos, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and a doctor. For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses. Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with. The location of this property makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
