### Charm and sea, large studio designed by architect

New on the market, this spacious, modern and very charming studio of 430 sq.ft, completely renovated and refurnished by architect at the end of 2021, is located on the 2nd floor in the Residence Mont Vernon by the famous beach of Orient bay.  
Turquoise water and 2 miles long beach with multiple restaurants, bars, beach chairs and watersports.  
Studio decorated with a lot of good care and taste !  
Styled with different ambiance dim lights for a cozy relaxation...  
For your nice and chic stay you have:  
\- a king size bed equipped with bed reading lights, USB ports and electrical outlets;  
\- a convertible sofa bed (so the studio can accomodate up to 4 people);  
\- a functional kitchen equipped with a big fridge, dishwasher, electric plate, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler and all the necessary ustensils;  
\- a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine;  
\- a wardrobe;  
\- a large terrace of 90 sq.ft with a dining and a relaxing corners to take advantage of the beautiful open view on the garden, the lagoon and the mountains on the horizon !..  
  
My apartment is the choice of the people with good manners and "savoir vivre", of the people with good taste and style, who love comfort and well-being, who respect my contribution in its cleanliness and its design. "Appartement très bien équipé avec climatisation et wifi indispensables pour nous. La localisation avec la possibilité d''''aller à la plage d''''Orient bay à pied (ou à la piscine de la résidence juste à côté) est très agréable. Mais plus généralement l''''emplacement est très bien pour rayonner dans cette partie de l''''île. Il y a des supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. La vue n''''est pas sur l''''océan mais sur un étang à côté, du coup le balcon reste abrité même s''''il y a du vent et de la pluie. L''''environnement est très très calme. Nous recommandons donc cette location." "

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce grand studio : la résidence est très bien située, calme, elle bénéficie d''une piscine extraordinaire ouverte sur la plage. Le studio est vaste, le lit très confortable. La cuisine est minimaliste mais fonctionnelle. L''ensemble est bien meublé et bien décoré.
