« I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. « Spacious villa with awesome views of the sea. You can even hear the waves from the patio and enjoy beautiful sunrises :). Quiet residential area with free parking in the street. About 15-20 min walk down to the beach. The return trip is uphill. There is a smaller bedroom (red room) on the ground floor and two bigger ones on the first floor. « Abubilla is a great property - with plenty of space and well sized swimming pool. Location offers stunning views and is easily accessible (the road is paved unlike most in the area). Trip to Salobrena or Almunecar takes around 30 mins. I liked the internal décor and plants outside, one can tell that the owner put lots of effort initially to make it feel like home. However, the house could do with some TLC. For the price paid, I would expect the property to be spotless clean while it was not....
