This newly renovated basement suite offers guests an affordable, family-friendly, luxurious experience. Our kid-friendly entertainment (Disney+, Netflix, Roku) and child-focused amenities (bathtub, high-chair, pack-n-play, child-friendly utensils) are paired with high-end finishes and modern touches.

The hosts have an attention to detail in how this house is staged, the check-in and check-out process, and the amenities provided. We found everything we needed; the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Thank you, also for the welcoming gifts.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice place to stay. It was pretty quiet and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would return here again. A few things to note: the photos show that there's an actual coffee maker, but there's only now a Keurig machine. Also, the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped. It is okay for just cooking a little bit, but don't plan to do a lot of cooking as the pots/pans and utensils are somewhat limited. The location is nice though as it's close to everything in Orem.

Our Orem Stay

Gregory and Miguel are fantastic hosts, they communicate early and respond quickly to questions. They helped accommodate us for an extra day due to some last minute changes. The place was beautiful and tastefully furnished. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

Great place to stay

We chose this location because of the price, proximity to where we would be working for the week, and the great reviews. The reviews are spot on. The place was very clean and comfortable. The extra touches like a fully stocked spice rack and baking supplies, extra toiletries, and a stocked laundry room made this feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this property.

Easy access , good location

Very nice basement apartment . Needed air mattress and couch to accommodate everyone . Unfortunately no bedding for those and air mattress deflated easily . A little small for a family with 5 children , as 3 of them were teens, Nicely furnished and great kitchen necessities! Washer / dryer small , but quick and very nice to use, really appreciated that . Host were quick to respond and kind. Little chilly fur summer basement sleeping . Upstair people had very late hours . All in all a good choice - for the length of stay and price .

Great place!

This is by far the best rental I have stayed at and far exceeds staying at a hotel. I stayed here for two weeks while I had medical treatment in Provo. It was very comfortable and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated - coffee, Q tips, lotion. The property managers were very attentive and respond to questions immediately. Highly recommend this homey rental!

Great Stay in Orem

We chose this property as a home base for our trip to Utah for our son's wedding. With activities ranging from Provo to Salt Lake to Ogden, this was the perfect base of operations. Location: great, easy to get to, central. Property: super comfortable, tastefully decorated, so much nicer than a couple of hotel rooms. We'd definitely come back.

Comfy and cozy

My extended family of 5, 2 adults and 1 infant, had a very comfortable experience. We could all veg on the sofa together and watch shows. Kitchen was very adequate and loved the coffee bar! Bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Pillows were great. Everything was fashionably remodeled and like new. Easy access via the garage to this basement rental. Only gripe was the inhabitants upstairs were kind of noticable with their walking and talking. But you're expecting that when you're in a basement I suppose! Overall wonderful stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay!

We loved this gem. The 3 bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were all comfortable. There was a nicely stocked kitchen, with a coffee bar (loved that feature!), and some treats for us plus some sodas in the fridge. 2 full bathrooms with fluffy towels, and even makeup remover wipes, a spare toothbrush in case we forgot ours, Q-tips, and dental floss. The check in couldn't have been easier. Every time I had a question, I received a prompt reply. I was concerned about road noise, but when we went to bed it was soooo quiet. If I'm ever in Orem, it will be my go to place for sure. Thanks for a lovely stay! Kirsten P

The Best
