VillaSol – Peaceful House with Private Pool and Mountain Views

VillaSol is a vacation home designed for those seeking tranquility, privacy, and relaxation in a natural setting, without sacrificing space or comfort.



Located in Orba, in a very quiet residential area with permanent neighbors, it’s ideal for families, couples, or groups who want to unwind and enjoy the house at their own pace.



This property is not suitable for parties, celebrations, or noisy stays. After 10:00 pm, noise is not allowed in outdoor areas—pool, garden, terraces, and balcony—to respect neighbors’ rest. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.



The house is spread over two floors and features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, Smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, folding crib, and family-friendly touches like children’s books and toys.



There is air conditioning in the main areas and upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs bedrooms have fans, ensuring good ventilation throughout the house.



The private outdoor area is a highlight: pool, garden, covered and open terraces, balcony, and outdoor shower. It’s a space designed for calm enjoyment, privacy, and respect for the residential setting.



The property includes a convenient gas barbecue. For safety, wood or charcoal barbecues are not allowed due to proximity to forested areas.
