1200 sq ft 2 BR 2 BA beach front condominium with a private 1500 sq ft roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy spectacular ocean, beach, island and sunset views. King size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, flat screen tv's in both.Top of the line furniture and all amenities for your enjoyment. If you enjoy quiet walks on the beach, fine restaurants, or just a relaxing evening at home away from the crowded hotels then our condominium at Oceania Resort Residences is the perfect location for you.

Aruba offers almost perfect weather, beautiful beaches, and is rich in culture. For your entertainment great shopping, championship golf courses, several fine restaurants, casinos, bars, shows and too many daily excursions to list, all within a ten minute drive by car or bus which stops directly in front of Oceania Resort Residences.

You will have unlimited access to the tennis courts, fitness ctr, business ctr, and 24 hour security. Our unit is also equipped with washer/dryer for your convenience.

Housekeeping provided prior to arrival and at departure. Daily housekeeping available for additional cost of $60 per day.

We had a FANTASTIC time at Michael’s place at Eagle Beach! The condo and amenities were amazing and we appreciated being able to stay a ‘bonus’ week due to dynamics that were out of our hands. Michael and Richi were easily and pleasant to work and communicate with! We will definitely be returning to this fabulous gem at Oceania!

Perfect spot on Eagle Beach! The pictures of this apartment do not do it justice. It’s beautiful, large, well maintained, clean, and well equipped. Michael communicated very well before and during our stay. The gentleman in Aruba that checked us in was awesome, making sure we were settled and knew where everything was. The roof top patio and hot tub were great. Our stay was perfect in every way and we would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great. This was our third time to Aruba and first staying at the Oceania. I liked that the Oceania is very safe and is gated with someone at the gate 24/7. Richie met us at the condo when we got there and showed us around and stopped in our last day to make sure everything went well. The condo is on Eagle Beach which is my favorite as it is away from the bigger areas, that are more crowded. There are restaurants within walking distance. The place was a great size for me, my husband and our 17 year old daughter. We had a couple small issues but Michael was right on top of it and it didn’t affect our stay at all. We will definitely stay again whenever we get to return to Aruba.

This place is EXACTLY as advertised. The views are fantastic. It is close to just about everything you would need. The beach is just across the street. The private rooftop access was the icing on the cake. Towels, beach chairs, and floats/pool noodles are provided. Washer and dryer were convenient. There is a game room and fitness center nearby. There are 3 pools to choose from. Richi was helpful upon check in and was available to answer any questions we had, though we didn't need anything. It was plenty big enough for a family of 4 and we would absolutely stay here again and again. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The location on Eagle Beach is perfect. We were able to get a palapa on the beach every morning and the pools were never crowded for our afternoon swim/rinse off. The condo had everything we needed with amazing views and a super quick walk to the beach. We had an issue with the AC the first night but it was addressed first thing the next morning and we had no issues at all after that. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The property was very clean. Everything worked. Richi and Michael were extremely helpful and responsive. It was also stocked very well and included beach towels, beach chairs, extra paper towels, toilet paper and so forth. The upstairs with the hot tub was a great feature. All in all, it was a great trip, loved the condo, and we would definitely stay here again.

Location, location

This property is perfectly located and is very comfortable. If I could have had anything better, it would be a grill. A lot of the other properties in the area, have grills but they are mostly on the first floor. The neighbor next to us had a grill, but I don’t know if they live there. So, with a grill it would be great. But you will love this space, and Ricky was very helpful.

Aruba family get away

My husband, our two daughters (14 and 17), and I stayed here, and it was absolutely perfect for us. We felt incredibly safe, and the location couldn’t have been better. Each day, we swam at Eagle Beach, just across the street, and always enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool on our way back.The rooftop views were picture-perfect—ocean on one side and the vibrant island life on the other. The private hot tub was such a treat at the end of each day. Inside, the views of both the ocean and the pool were absolutely breathtaking.There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The rooftop was ideal for morning coffee while the kids slept in, and there was always room to relax or enjoy some quiet time. The master suite was especially spacious, featuring a huge bathroom, a walk-in closet/dressing room, and an incredible view of the ocean from the king-size bed.I can’t recommend this penthouse enough. The friendly 24/7 security and gated entrance added an extra layer of peace of mind, making our stay even more relaxing and carefree.Leading up to our trip, Michael was quick to respond to any questions and incredibly helpful. While we didn’t end up needing anything during our stay, it was comforting knowing we had a reliable contact if we did.We highly recommend staying here, and if we return to Aruba, we’ll absolutely book this VRBO again. It was our favorite part of the entire trip.Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay near Eagle Beach

I had a great stay here with my wife and two kids. The condo has everything you need for making meals and the view from the patio and rooftop are awesome. And Eagle Beach is incredible and right across the street.The condo complex is very well taken care of and we felt completely safe during our time there. There are also several very good restaurants within walking distance. While a couple of minor maintenance issues popped up during our visit, they were fixed very quickly. All in all - I highly recommend this penthouse condo.

It was an excellent experience. Even before we got there, Michael provided us with all the information about the condo and the surrounding area. Perfect gated location with a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Richi, who gave us a small tour. I definitely recommend staying here, I know I wouldn't stay elsewhere!

Vacation Oasis

This was our first time staying on Eagle Beach and staying at the Oceania. We had a fabulous vacation and the beach is beautiful! The property amenities and security were great. My girls especially enjoyed the game room with a pool table, fuse ball, and ping pong. Michael was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to any questions and the check-in /check-out process with Richi was a breeze. The condo is very well maintained and stocked with all the essentials you need for the week! I appreciated not having to buy things like laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge has filtered water. The rooms were spacious although the counters in the bathrooms were a little small. Only downfall is the couch in the living room is hard as a rock. Didn't really matter as we spent most of our time outdoors. The private rooftop patio is a great addition to this property with spectacular views, patio furniture and a hot tub. The location of the condo is wonderful. Right across from Eagle Beach and several restaurants within walking distance. We went to the beach every day. If you are trying to get a palapa though, you need to be out there by 6:30am. Yikes! Luckily we brought our tent with us (Otentik or similar is a must to withstand the high winds on the beach) There are plenty of beach chairs, towels, noodles, and a cooler that come with the condo. It was a wonderful stay at a fantastic property!

Great location and property

After walking and driving around Aruba, I can confidently say that Oceania Residences is the best location and property. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, everything worked, the views were fantastic. The bonus penthouse terrace was a fun addition. We ate lunch up there in the shade several times. The hot tub worked but we ended up not using it.The beds were comfortable, and again, it's really all about the views.The larger complex is very nicely landscaped, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of a beach day.We were also able to walk to quite a few restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Marea at the JOIA resort nextdoor.There's also a walking path that parallels the beach. My husband walked that every morning.The road you cross to the beach is very small, and we never had a problem. Cars stop at the crosswalk. The water and beach there are fantastic. Palm Beach has eroded, so Eagle Beach is the place to be for swimming. If you want to snorkel, you can go drive a short distance north to Arashi beach and Boca Catalinia. We rented a car for two days. Econo rentals is one block away behind the Screaming Eagle restaurant. We drove to Arikok National Park and saw the rock paintings at Fontein Cave. Also drove north to the California Lighthouse.Michael and Richi were wonderful to work with in renting the apartment and getting checked in and out. Couldn't ask for more.
