Getaway on Curran has ducted heating and cooling throughout, and both bedrooms also have their own reverse-cycle AC, heating and electric blankets for cold Orange nights.

Honey Homes is a network of distinctive regional stays, where every home and every stay is held to our Golden Standard. Built in 2023, the two-storey home is arranged over three living areas with a matte-black kitchen and walk-in pantry at its centre. Evenings work well outdoors by the firepit and picnic area, or inside for a movie across the five smart TVs. Both bedrooms have their own heating, cooling and electric blankets, and the desk and central location suit anyone working during their stay. Travelling as a larger group? THE LOCATION:

Getaway on Curran sits in the Orange CBD, about two blocks from the main street. Groundstone Cafe and the cultural precinct — the regional gallery, museum and library — are just across the road, with Summer Street shopping around a 5-minute walk. Swinging Bridge Wines is about 8 minutes by car, and Lake Canobolas, Mount Canobolas and the Borenore Caves are all short drives. The monthly Orange Farmers Market (second Saturday) is a quick trip for fresh local produce.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running and poetry. Over 80 vineyards surround Orange producing distinguished cool-climate wines.

CONSTRUCTION: Please note there may be construction next door during business hours.

SOFA BED: The home welcomes up to six guests; two guests would use the sofa bed. Please let us know at booking if you'd like sofa bed linen — it will be provided on arrival, though the bed is not made up.

FIRE PIT: This property has a fire pit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

CAMERAS: Please be advised that the property features four external security cameras. These have been fitted around the property exterior.
