Directly located on the sugary white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama, you and your family will wake up to the peaceful sounds of the crushing Gulf waves and become mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise from our East corner unit, while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf’s clear blue waters. Lounge around or dine on the large 90-foot wrap around balcony, accessible from any bedroom and living room. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has a King, Queen, and two Twin size beds. The living room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper. Located on the 6th floor, Windward Pointe 601 is steps away from the elevators and stairway, saving you plenty of time for fun activities. Stream movies or catch your favorite cable TV show from any of the 65-inch Smart TVs located in each bedroom and living room. Access wireless internet throughout Unit 601 and the Windward Pointe property. Entertain family with the fully-equipped island kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your favorite music with the surround sound stereo system, available throughout Unit 601, including the balcony. The following is additional information about Windward Pointe 601: BEACH CHAIR RENTALS are managed by AL Beach Chairs that also offers paddle boards, tandem, and single kayaks rentals, pending surf conditions. Reserve in advance on their website or see the staff member at the red colored umbrellas located in front of the Windward Pointe beach entrance. PARKING limited to 2 vehicles. HOA separately manages the parking lot and charges a fee per vehicle, per night. Parking permits may be purchased at Check-in only from the security guard. The parking permit is a flat rate of $50 per vehicle, per stay. CLEANING SERVICE company leaves a starter set of bed linens, duvet cover, bath and hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel and trash bags. Duvet covers, bed linens, and towels are replaced after each guest stay. Cleaning Service company receives 100% of the cleaning fee. No daily maid service. OCCUPANCY LIMIT is up to 8 persons (includes guest, small children, and visitors). ACCESS CODE to enter Windward Pointe Unit 601 will be sent, via email and text, 72-24 hours prior to Check-In to the guest named on the reservation. Love the large corner balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! I’ve stayed at other condos , but this one, was the best yet ! Looked like it had been remolded lately and super clean ! Loved the large east corner wrap around balcony and the view was wonderful ! The reclining loungers on the balcony were so comfortable . Loved the intercom, able to play music on the balcony and in inside as well . We so enjoyed our stay here, the condo layout was great with two giggling “tween” girls who were up late into the night the location of the master they didn’t bother us a bit. They loved the twin beds with the lighted headboards. The facility was very family friendly and felt like a very safe environment for kids. The beach is awesome at this location not too deep, or shallow. Loved the chair and umbrella rentals at this property too! Just perfect! ❤️ ##### Sasha F. The wrap around balcony was spacious, provided excellent views, and the balcony furniture was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were both comfortable, the kitchen was great and provided everything that we need. It was amazing to have beautiful beach views from every bedroom. There was a mix up with the cleaning schedule and the condo was not cleaned upon our arrival. Mariela was very responsive and worked with the housecleaning team to have our condo cleaned right away. Both Mariela and the housecleaning team was very kind and apologetic and we appreciated their quick response. Things just happen sometimes and it was nice to have great resolution. We made friends with one of the security guards and he did a great job watching the property. The maintenance staff that we spoke to were all very kind and friendly. We had a great vacation and our experience with this unit and the property was excellent. We will stay here again! ##### Christian H. The only complaint would be there was one elevator that was down all week and we had been told by security it has been down many weeks. It caused a major backup daily. ##### Richard K.
