The hotel is in a great location, it was clean, and check-in was quick. The only thing I’d mention is that the rules state quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, but in reality, they don't allow music at any time.

The room was very nice and spotless loved everything about the room. The view was amazing even the day it stormed loved watching it on the water. Never seen any staff the whole time i was there. The only thing that wasnt great about the room was feeling every spring in the mattresses. Sleeping was a tad rough.

Beach view was great and loved the easy access from ground floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Many outlets in each bedroom didn't work. Sofa wasn't a sleeper. Thought it would be given it was set up for 8-10 people.

The balcony was my favorite part! Gulf view and directly over the pool. The balcony had a liu ge chair and a full table with 6 chairs. So you can absolutely have dinner with your family on the balcony. Two pools outside and and a large indoor pool with a hot tub. The condo was big enough for our large family.

Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was lukewarm at best, but wasn't a deal breaker for us. The pool was pretty basic but never felt overcrowded like a lot of other places we've stayed. Beach was great, very clean and not too crowded. We rented beach chairs for a couple of days for a reasonable price, was totally worth it! Overall felt like a great value and would definitely bring our family back again.

Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm.

Clean and spacious condo right on the beach. Location was perfect & close to multiple stores and restaurants. View of the beach from the room is amazing. It is on the second floor tho- wasn’t an issue for us but the balcony is right over pool. Would definitely return for future stays. 10/10 recommend!
