Renters are limited to 1 pet that must be no larger than 40lbs in peak summer months (2 pets permitted before Memorial Day and after Labor Day)\*\* Owning our own in-house cleaning company gives us full control over the cleaning and sanitizing of the properties we manage. We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe!! Bedding arrangements (sleeps up to 6): Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access Guest: Full sized bed In lieu of a sleeper sofa we have installed a High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided for extra sleeping arrangements. CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES \* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. Alabama Getaway requires all guests to sign a reservation agreement and submit a copy of their ID upon booking for age and identity verification purposes (to prevent fraud). \* Pets are allowed per the pet policy mentioned above. \* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. This is our second year at this building, and we love the small size of the building and buildings right around (makes for less crowded beach). We love love the location as well! Right near grocery stores and walking distance to a major beachside restaurant. I think I’ve found my vacation spot for years to come. Had a small issue with the refrigerator that was communicated at check in, and even though it didn’t necessitate an immediate fix, maintenance was there that afternoon to fix the small problem.
