Perfect for couples or small families, this condo is designed to be your tranquil retreat by the Gulf. Located on the 3rd floor, this condo offers both comfort and convenience, with a short walk to the beach and a beachfront swimming pool awaiting your arrival.  
  
 After a day of soaking up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool or simply relax and enjoy the ocean breeze from your private balcony. Step inside to discover a spacious living area, adorned with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The brand-new sleeper sofa and single chaise offer additional sleeping space for guests, while the smart TV provides entertainment options for cozy nights in.  
  
 The Primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed and its own entry to the shared bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests. The bathroom's walk-in shower has been beautifully redone with marble tile, adding a touch of luxury to your seaside retreat.  
  
 In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary utensils, dishes, and cookware. Start your day with a cup of coffee brewed in the coffee maker, then head out to explore all that Orange Beach has to offer. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are located in the hallway, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your stay.

Property was not cleaned. No tub plug for kids to take a bath. One burner on the stove didn’t work. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and not on tracks. It was an older complex and the condo was not updated at all.
