Use a private fishing pier! Direct Gulf View - Pool Notice: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles except major holidays when only 1 is allowed. This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams at Orange Beach, AL. Four Seasons 703W, a newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath condo, is located on the 7th floor and has and an "expansive" incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and a 704 foot private fishing pier from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom! The property amenities include a private pier that rivals any state pier in our area, beach side pool, indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, short boardwalk to the beach with a shower and full time security staff. The elevators and lobby are freshly painted and very clean! You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full size washer and dryer. The living room, master bedroom and queen guest room have large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener and more! Bring the food paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by! Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. There is a modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are in the condo, you may bring more. The utility room adjoins the kitchen and has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron, ironing board. You may need extra detergent. Book this condo and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. The pier is a great place to fish or just enjoy the scenery, it also serves as a shade to take a break from the sun. Condo was a little dusty and water was VERY hot; it almost burned my 4 year olds hands. It looked like HVAC unit wasn't serviced regularly but the air was cold and kept the rooms comfortable. Parking is a little tight for a 4 door anything with length but at least you didn't have to pay for parking, just don't park outside of your lines. That green lounge chair and the wicker chair needs to be replaced before someone else rents it. Bathrooms desperately need remodeled. Beds had crumbs and sand and hair IN the sheets. The bed room walls had black feetprints on them. There was hair on the bathroom floor, in the drawers and the cabinet doors were broken. Urine splatters on the toilet. The stove was filthy and dishes had food still stuck on them. Food crumbs on the furniture and under the cushions and food crumbs on and undernthe coffee table.I've stayed several times at Four Seasons and all the other condos were wonderful. Oct 27, 2022 #### The Perfect Vacation We had the best time staying at Four Seasons. The condo was beautiful, plenty of room with lots of storage to put your things away, the views were amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the balcony was very nice, there was extra blankets that we never used but they were available if we needed them, there was a closet full of beach toys again we didn’t use them because we had our own but we did donate a few to add to what was there, I can’t think of anything we needed that was not there. The private pier was very nice. The grounds and pools were nice. My family and I are very satisfied with our stay here and we definitely want to come back as often as we can. Pam Martin was great to work with, she took care of us and made everything so easy and problem free. Great location that's close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The private pier absolutely MADE the trip. My fishing obsessed boys had the best time fishing daily.
