Pelican Bluff features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a flexible loft with a twin trundle bed, comfortably accommodating 11–13 guests across three spacious levels. The main floor welcomes guests into an open-concept living area with a wall of windows, soaring 10' ceilings, and direct access to a large Gulf-facing deck. At the heart of this level is a fully stocked chef's kitchen, outfitted with industrial-grade appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer and a professional gas range, making it as functional as it is stylish. A wet bar, powder room, and laundry area complete the space, creating a welcoming environment for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing.

Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two Gulf-facing rooms that offer stunning water views and access to the sounds of the surf.
