Phoenix Orange Beach 402 Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have other 3br units and the 4br unit next door on this 4th floor should you have a large group and need more space! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. The property was moderate in cleanliness for the common areas and our condo was below average for furnishing cleanliness. The sofas, rug and side chairs in the living area were dirty and the master BR sheets we extremely thin and worn out. Our feet were black from walking 10 minutes on them. Charlie sent in someone to clean floors……the cleaner agreed they had not been cleaned. There was not sufficient initial supply of many things….had a sliver of soap that lasted 1 day we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths in master bath. . We have always had more to start with. Light bulb was out in master bedroom lamp. Overall the bed linens were cheap and small for the master. This was a big step down from where we stayed last year in Phoenix Orange Beach. The beds squeaked really really bad in back bedroom. Shower head was coming out of wall in that bedroom. After an hour of drying clothes they weren’t dry. Dishwasher didn’t work well. We will find another place to stay next summer. Can’t trust the pictures!!!! ##### Kathryn S. No issues at all, very clean, comfortable beds, adequately equipped kitchen. And the best part…unloading from our car was so easy and stress free. We parked right in front of the entrance to our floor, so just steps away from our condo 402\. We will definitely rent this one again! ##### Robin T. It is right on the beach and had a wonderful lazy river and slide at the pool. The 3 yr old must of gone down that slide at least 100 times. Condo was on the 4th floor and parking was right outside the door which was nice. We had a clogged kitchen drain and a toilet that wouldn't flush upon our first day there. Called the number and they came out the next day and fixed it. Overall we were very pleased with everything staying at this unit. ##### pat w. My sisters & I have started a “girls trip”, we include my 78 year old aunt. Ages range from 48-78\. This condo was amazing! Clean, very large, extremely close parking to the condo, short walk to the beach, the balcony was great! This was probably the nicest condo I have ever seen. Because most of the restaurants are short staffed, we found going out to eat was very inconvenient. However the angry crab across the street was amazing & walking distance, also walking distance to grocery store, liquor store & a drug store. We even ate breakfast on the balcony one morning. And walking on the treadmill in the gym..overlooking the beautiful beach! Great trip! ##### Mary R. Three couples with 2 small children. Unit is on 4th floor, so you can park and walk right in. No elevator for loading/unloading. Our 4yr old granddaughter loved the slide and lazy river. Beach service was great too. We do wish the tennis court had been lighted. We love to play tennis at night. Other than that, it was a wonderful week! ##### Tina S. Notified property manager of four items: Stovetop and oven were dirty, Internet password was wrong, Frying pans were worn out, and Bulbs on microwave oven over the cooktop were burned out.
