Phoenix West 2306 Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space. There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. We love all the amenities and proximity to the beach. The units are spacious and love the bigger balconies. Such a great place!! 2306 was perfect for our family. We had two families & the condo was clean & came with basic starter supplies. Beds were perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. General decor seems nice but the couches and chairs seem worn with the swivel chairs showing noticeable dirt. There was no ice maker scoop, pizza cutter or plastic bowls. Wash cloths were supplied however some seemed to be well used. There was black mold on the primary shower grout and one of the guest rooms had a blue comforter that was ripped on a corner with stuffing coming out. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was beautiful, only issue we had was it appears that the cleaning crew did not properly clean the condo . There was about an inch of dust on the lamp shades and the furnace vent was clogged with dust . The bedroom closet was off its track so we couldn't open and close the door properly.
