Once of the best 2 bedroom floor plans along the Alabama Gulf Coast! Spend your Beach Vacation in an upscale 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in one of the premier rental complexes in Orange Beach. Great views of the Gulf and beach from living room! This unit is extremely spacious with a large open living area. A HUGE balcony furnishes space and privacy. The kitchen is equipped to cook your favorite meal with everything you may need including a large refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, separate wet bar with its own sink and built in ice maker. Each of the extra large bedrooms have their own private bath. There is also a separate large utility room and convenient half bath. The Master Suite offers an indulgent retreat with its own private balcony access. It features a comfortable King bed for restful nights. The spa-like bathroom is designed for relaxation and convenience, equipped with double sinks, a vanity that includes make-up seating, and a large, newly renovated, luxurious walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a separate, spacious walk-in closet to accommodate all your storage needs. The second bedroom is equally impressive in size and is furnished with two Queen beds, offering ample sleeping space. It is connected to a full, newly renovated private bathroom that features a convenient tub/shower combination. You will enjoy the view of the Gulf from the kitchen sink as well as just about anywhere from inside this condo as well as the panoramic Gulf view from your Big Gulf front private balcony. There are also 4 gas grills on the ground level under the large gazebo, adjacent to the pool area complete with grill cleaning utensils, picnic tables and a HUGE, lush, green grassy play area. Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, activity room with a TV, and WiFi in every room. Important Information Parking One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $40 plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. \*The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. We loved the daily routine of the beach, then pool towards the end of the day. For windy days, the pool offered a giant wind blocker with the building as well. The unit itself was updated more than most & sunrises on the patio never got old. We consider this an important living space at the beach so it would be amazing if the loungers at least were comfy. Baths need updating, especially the master. Shower door is flimsy, gets stuck, and shower is tiny. Mirror had come off the wall above the tub. I think if these things are corrected, then the condo will be on par with others at this price. The master bathroom shower door was difficult to open and shut, had to lift up on the door to get it to work properly. Mirror around the tub was taped to wall so did not feel safe to use tub. Bed was comfortable but high off the floor , had steps under bed to help get into the bed. Guest bathroom faucet drip the entire stay, toilet clogged up maintenance came and unclog. Kitchen counter tops were gritty and dirty, had to wipe down before unloading groceries. At night the loud icemaker would start up. Could hear people upstairs taking their showers and flushing their toilets. Would recommend to the owners to upgrade their bathrooms, lower their bed in master bedroom and check behind their cleaning crew. ##### Rita S. We enjoyed using the gas grills. The description of the property was accurate and it was well maintained and clean. The master king bed is very high and had a step stool to get in. The shower door didn’t close well unless you lift up on the handle slightly. We had trouble with Dish satellite box in the living room multiple times. The first 4 days we had no beach access as the beach was being worked on. The first full week we had times when we couldn’t use our balcony as it was being painted. The second through fourth weeks the outside pool was closed as they were working on the deck. ##### Ann W.
