This condo is minutes from restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. Less than a mile from the world famous Flora-Bama Lounge. We have piers for fishing, boat slips available on a first come-first served basis, fish cleaning station, and a nice pool. We are minutes to the Gulf of Mexico for offshore fishing. This three bedroom condo is outfitted with a King bed in the master bedroom, along with bedroom 2 having two double beds. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds, twin over full. The unit has 4 TV's and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever want to cook or entertain. The condo will comfortably sleep 10! MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT OUR PROPERTY. IF FOUND TO BE UNDER 25, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND. Pool and Pool Area Hours 8 am - 10pm - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Any fine incurred by any renter/guest will be paid by the renter/guest. A list of all rules and regulations are posted on the refrigerator in the unit. HURRICANEE POLICY. In the event that Premises cannot be delivered to Renter on the agreed date due to loss, total or partial destruction of the Premises, or other causes, Owner may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Renter. Property has plenty of room and a great location between harbor and ocean. Near restaurants and shopping. The only thing I would recommend to anyone else if you are traveling with large group is you will need to get your own extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The beach is across the road, but we always have lots of privacy on the beach so it is worth it! Our only issues were the weakness of the WiFi and the shower door in the Master bath. The condo was very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for everyone. The master bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. There's lots to do in the area. The beach is literally across the street. The condo is super spacious! Its always clean. The owners are always super kind and responsive. Jun 13, 2022 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Great location, outdated condo Loved that there were three bedrooms and bathrooms and the location near pool and beach was great. However the condo was dirty and had trash throughout the living areas(why are people paying for a cleaning fee) Furniture and appliances were outdated and damaged. Had dvd/vcr combos with the old tvs. Dresser in one of the rooms wobbled with a TV on top of it. King bed was creeky and slats under it kept moving. Appliances old and kitchen outdated, was blamed for a crack in counter that was clearly from aging. Internet was also spotty and didn't work for the whole first day. It is easy access to everything. The property manager was rude to one of our guest (accusing them of having their truck and boat trailer in the parking lot...of which they did NOT) and friends that were in another unit she was also very rude to. The other guest/residents on the property were great, enjoyed the convenience of the property with the boat access. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your unit for the weekend. ##### Amy A. We viewed dolphins, from the back patio, almost daily. When it was too hot to walk across the street to the beach, we jumped in the lovely pool, just steps from the back door. This place was much more spacious than it appears in the picture. My only suggestion would be updating with some new pots and frying pans and a few comfy chairs on the patio.
