Upon entry to the first floor of Bright Side, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the front porch with indirect views of the white sandy beaches and clear waters that the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for. A bedroom, appointed with a king bed and en suite bathroom, is also located on the first floor, along with a powder room right off the kitchen. The second floor includes a guest bedroom appointed with 2 queen beds as well as the master suite, 2 bathrooms, and hallway bunk beds. It’s newer construction so everything is in very good shape. It was very clean. We could walk to the beach within 4 minutes. Check in and out was very smooth. You can walk to shops and restaurants but do have to cross a busy street. The only thing that did not live up to our expectations was the pool. It is very small and did not seem to be heated. If the timing of the riptide warnings work against you, this pool will not save the trip. If we were back in the area, we would stay here again. ##### Chris S. The beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. Visitors need to bring own hair dryers, beach towels and beach chairs, although rentals are available. Very spacious, beautifully decorated! House had all the major appliances, big king size beds and plenty of space to roam.
