A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. Sep 6, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in We've stayed at Tradewinds many times; perfect location! First time in this unit. We had to purchase scissors and a kitchen knife, as these staples were not present. However, 4 days into our stay, we discovered the third rack in the dishwasher which held the kitchen knives. The cleaning person obviously didn't know of the third rack. The return air vent was full of dust (and obvious, as it is in full view upon entering the condo. The second bedroom curtain rods were not hung securely and came down early on. Worst of all: the master bathroom sink DIDN'T DRAIN AT ALL from day one and was unusable for the stay.
