From the moment you arrive, panoramic views of meadows welcome you, while a 6-hectare private forest invites you to explore nature at its best—perfect for peaceful walks with your partner, children, or even your furry companion. Whether you're relaxing on the covered terrace with a glass of wine, enjoying a barbecue in the garden, or warming up by one of the cozy fireplaces inside, this home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Kids will love the trampoline and play equipment, while adults can unwind in the private infrared sauna or get competitive on the exclusive-use tennis court.  
  
Just a short drive away is the lively city of Nijmegen—one of the Netherlands' oldest cities, known for its Roman history, arts scene, and scenic riverside promenades. Visit Valkhof Park or the National Liberation Museum, or take a bike ride through the countryside. Nature lovers can head to the nearby De Maashorst nature reserve, a vast landscape of forests and heathlands ideal for hiking or cycling. And don’t forget your pets—local walking trails and forests are pet-friendly and perfect for a day out with your dog.
