Generally the apartment and building were both clean and modern. The bathroom shows significant signs of wear on taps, shower and wooden areas.
The bed (mattress) was very comfortable, they really should keep extra pillows and blankets in the apartment, there’s plenty of storage space for them.
There’s significant construction next to the building, our balcony overlooked the site which woke us up at 05:40 every morning when workers and machinery start arriving.
The old town is only a five minute walk and there’s a tram stop pretty much at the end of the street. Lots of restaurants, cafes etc within walking distance.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite, but to call it a five-star hotel, I think is stretching the point. It's more like 4.5 stars. It doesn't quite come off as a five-star hotel.
Location was good, but several little things didn't work out for us. For example, we couldn't get into our room because the card didn't work. When they fixed that and gave us a key and a card, it still didn't work. It was little things like that that didn't live up to the hype. We had an issue with the car on arrival. The manager was very helpful and gave us a free ride back to the airport when we left.
