"Pros: Die herzliche Gastgeberin hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Die neue hübsche & gemütliche Wohnung ist wirklich sauber, modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt auch eine kleine Terrasse davor mit Blick auf den heimischen Berg. Der Hof (Spielsachen) kann mit benutzt werden und die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt daneben. Sie liegt sehr zentral, so kann man auch problemlos fußläufig Restaurants besuchen. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können es nur weiterempfehlen :) Cons:...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An alles für einen entspannten Urlaub wurde gedacht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Geschehen..Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto…Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick..Die Übergabe war gut, da die sympathische Frau nur italienisch konnte , mit Händen und Füßen. Aber hat geklappt. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren."

"Wir haben eine Urlaubswoche Anfang September hier verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist gut geschnitten. Die Ausrichtung des Wohnraums und der Terrasse nach Osten ist perfekt mit morgens Sonne und ab mittags Schatten. Der kleine Garten ist schön, mit einer Terrasse, Grill, drei Olivenbäumen und einem Granatapfel. "Un soggiorno indimenticabile in una vera oasi di pace. La posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente perfetta: affacciato sulla spiaggia di Auledda, intima e suggestiva, e in un punto strategico per scoprire la Costa Smeralda in tutta la sua bellezza. La struttura colpisce subito per la cura dei dettagli: giardini rigogliosi, piante e fiori che incorniciano ogni angolo, una piscina da cartolina. Tutto è pensato per trasmettere relax e armonia. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è il personale. Sempre sorridente, disponibile e autentico, con quel tocco umano che rende ogni interazione speciale. Ricordiamo con affetto Ivana e Andrea, la bagnina: due persone splendide che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La parte culinaria merita un capitolo a sé: colazioni abbondanti e raffinate, con un buffet ricchissimo; cene che ogni sera sorprendevano con piatti diversi, pesce freschissimo e antipasti davvero memorabili. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la qualità delle materie prime e la varietà delle proposte. È difficile trovare un difetto in un’esperienza così. L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda il nostro patio: accanto c’era un generatore che, in alcuni momenti, creava un po’ di rumore e ci ha tolto la possibilità di goderci in pieno qualche serata all’aperto. Le camere sono comunque perfettamente isolate e, a finestre chiuse, non si percepiva nulla. In conclusione: un hotel che ha superato ogni aspettativa!"

"We had an excellent two week stay at the Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach. The hotel is very attractive with all buildings blending sympathetically into the surround pine forest. There were crickets / cicadas singing when we went which added to the ambience. The whole hotel was immaculate. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Food was excellent both in terms of choice and quality, and all the chefs did a great job. One could have a whole meal with the antipasti alone, let alone the choice of pasta dishes and meat / fish. There was an abundance of all sorts of fresh fruit at every meal. The beach and sea were lovely, with warm, clear water all the way down to several metres. The sea was very suitable for children with it being calm for almost all of our stay. There was some seaweed when we went (end July, start of August) but nothing that spoilt the swimming. There is also another beach a short walk through the pine forest which was equally as good. The recreation in the hotel was good with tennis, petanque, mini golf (5 holes) and table tennis on offer. We quite appreciated that the equipment was left out for all to use with no need to book or ask reception for the gear. The only bit of improvement was that playground area could do with some renovation. All staff were very kind and diligent and were only eager to help."
