The Space: Permit # 16 This newly renovated house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a family or small group. The back yard w/picnic table sits in a private setting off of Academy Street. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room area (eat in living room), cozy living room w/50" smart TV and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor has 2 separate sleeping areas each with a desk, dresser, tv, nightstand and full bed. Washer/dryer in the basement. 40-50" smart TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the high speed internet (500 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels! Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Upon arrival and exploration of the surrounding neighbor, my family did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and relocated to a hotel. The interior does match its VRBO description. It was clean. Communication was good. Solid chance everything would have been fine but they felt like they could sleep better elsewhere. ##### James M.
