Located in an Oneonta residential setting, is the Championship House. This house is divided into 3 separate units, each completely self-contained. These units are an excellent choice for families traveling together who want the convenience of the same location, while still enjoying their own private accommodations. The Championship House is very convenient to both All Star Village and the Cooperstown Baseball World baseball tournaments. This listing is for the Championship #3 unit only.

This is a 2-bedroom, spacious second floor unit. It has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. There is a large flat screen (55" or larger) smart Roku TV in the living room, with smaller (43" or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV's in each bedroom. Free high speed wireless internet is available for your use.



The updated kitchen has a granite countertop and tiled floor. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a tub/shower combo. A gas grill is available for your convenience on the main patio below (Sorry, we cannot put it on the balcony due to fire regulations). There is a FREE shared laundry room in the building.



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



Championship #3 is in a residential neighborhood, convenient to the All-Star Village and Baseball World ballparks as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.



There are 2 other units available in this building. One has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor (Championship #2), the other is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor option (Championship #1). For larger groups, you can rent all three to have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 12. Please contact us if you are interested in renting the entire Championship House as a larger group accommodation.
