Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY The Space: Permit #4 This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "3RD BASE APT 1" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with a kitchen, separate dining room, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater smart TV’s as well. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. For families / friends that wish to group together, “3RD BASE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
