Located in the heart of Oneonta, Main Street shops and restaurants are nearby, under a 15 minute walk. The exterior features classic Queen Anne architecture, including a graceful wrap-around porch. The vintage woodwork and moldings give warmth and character to the interior. There are 2 spacious living rooms and a dining area on the first floor. The 5 bedrooms are all on the second floor. Four of the bedrooms have hardwood floors. One of the bedrooms and the common areas have wall-to-wall carpet. 17 Cedar is nestled in a hill overlooking a quiet residential neighborhood that has many homes of early architecture to enjoy as you explore the area. There is ample off-street parking. If you are lucky you may see an occasional white-tail deer relaxing in the upper back yard under the trees. We had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon, cooler, and even umbrellas. The property was close to All Star Village and downtown. We had deer in the yard almost everyday. The porch was beautiful to sit on and read. The beds were all very comfortable. Our host was amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay. Colby was the best hostess. Making sure that all the comforts of home are available for her guest. The house was spectacular and perfect for our stay. All the amenities are at your fingertips.
