The facility halls smell, the couch cushions are ripped, our sheets were stained, facility laundry area did not work, the shower drain did not drain fast so you are standing in ankle deep water, internet wifi did not work; staff voiced to just keep trying, breakfast was all processed sugar items; bagel, danish, muffins, waffle maker, although they did have boiled eggs. There were sticky areas on the carpet. Dust on the ceiling fan. We got a noise complaint at 9:45 at night. We had our kids with us and they can be loud, however at this time they were not. We had just gotten back to the room and was getting ready for bed. We had planned on going to Coco Keys while we were there, but their hours didn't work out. And it smelled musty and strongly of mold, as soon as I walked into the hallway. The room had the same smell and it was in my pajama's the rest of my trip. The pull out couch could not be used. It was filthy and worn with fibers hanging out from the cushions. We were afraid of bedbugs! I have stayed at this establishment 3 times but it was always nice. The place is now very run down. The outside looked a little run down. Parking was liminted and most spaces were too small for a compact car. Staff was friendly but took a long time to check in and breaksfast was limited.
