Ashley was an incredible host! She checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The ranch is beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the basketball court was a huge hit with everyone. We’d absolutely stay here again. Great space for so many of us to gather for Thanksgiving. And so many little things are provided in the kitchen! Owner is super easy to communicate with!Hoping to be back in the summer when we can use the fabulous outdoor space.

Family from 4 states gathered to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. The home is just like you see on the VRBO site. There are a few spots where there is a single step down when transitioning from one area to another. I put some strips of blue painters tape on the floor so none of the older people in the group would fall or trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool/bar area. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The men grilled hamburgers & brats one night and the other night they fried fish in the bar area. It was nice to have a mini fridge outside so you didn’t have to go into the house with a wet suit to get something drink. The laundry room has a half bath and it’s right off the pool area which is very convenient. The landscaping is beautiful and there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook for a crowd. When we had a question Ashley answered our texts right away. We would stay here again.

Amazing Place to stay

We had the baseball team & some parents stay there for a tournament. The house was plenty big. I love that there are also several bathrooms to choose from. We never ran out of hot water. Extra Things we loved: the huge kitchen was easy to move around in with a lot of people. We cooked all meals; the size of the bedrooms; the ice maker outside at the bbq area; the pool slide; the huge driveway for parking.Overall this was an amazing time had by all. We would absolutely stay again. The host was very communicative and worked with our needs. I would heavily recommend: 1. More trash cans or bigger trash cans in the bathrooms.2. Having an air fryer for the home.3. More cookie sheets. There is 1 there but it’s rusty and worn and burned the food when we used it. (Used for Garlic bread, and cookies)

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a wonderful experience at this well equipped home. We had 7 adults and 8 children, and were all very comfortable! Owners were very attentive to our needs. Kids loved the pool and at one point one of my grandsons declared "this is just like a water park!" Adults enjoyed the bar and hot tub. Overall excellent weekend. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous family/group friendly home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The entire place was accommodating to our needs inside and out. Bedrooms were very quiet and little to no noise transferred to them from the living spaces. It has very up to date technology which made our group presentations run smoothly.

Beautiful property! Lots of outside areas for entertaining and relaxing.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The open floor plan made it really easy to spend time with our family all in one area. The fire pit by he pool was also a huge hit! Everything was up to date inside and outside. The owners were amazing! They were thoughtful and courteous of their guests! More than once over the weekend our family talked about returning for other occasions!! Such an awesome place! Highly recommended!!

Perfect House for a big group!

12 classmates (1978) met in Omaha for a Girls' Getaway. This home was perfect! We had enough bedrooms to sleep comfortably and the living area and kitchen were ideal for us to hang out to talk and laugh! Great to have 5 bathrooms too! We loved using the in-house sound system to play "our tunes". We could have a large group conversation along with a small group or one on one in various locations ... a lot of catching up. We tried to use the hot tub... but it was pretty cold... and we did not use the bar area but it would be great fun if it was warm. The home is located in a convenient area near restaurants or grocery stores. Ashley and Mitch met us on time and left us alone. They were available via phone call or text if we had a question. Nice couple! Fun home!

Beautiful place with excellent amenities and close to shopping needs.

Ashley and Mitch were great hosts and responded to our every need. The facilities were in good repair, and improvements were in progress. The place is huge, so it's possible to both be together and be alone! The pool and outside bar area got a lot of use! Our family of ten had room to roam, and it made a wonderful place to host our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner - would love to go back...

The house was beautiful and was perfect for our graduation celebration. Weather was very warm and nice for Omaha.. The pool was not available for use which was disappointing to my family. Having this asset available was one of the finer points that drew us to this home. The owners of the property were very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with.

Plenty of Space

We had a great time staying here. Big house and with 6 of us there was more than enough room for everyone. Ashley and Mitch were great hosts. Located in nice, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Excellent place to stay and relax!

A beautiful home, well kept, clean, and quiet. The owners are great to work with too. Great location close to groceries, zoo, and other fun things. The house has plenty of room for everyone (we had 12 in our group) to have their own space if need be. The pool is in a secluded back yard with a fence and slide. A large well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, and 4 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom (with a shower). A large group can get ready to go in a hurry here. Bedrooms are far apart so they are nice and quiet. Plenty of parking for groups with multiple cars. Our family had a lot of fun here and we highly recommend it to any one wanting to hang out at a nice home and swim or run around the city. If we are back this way we will try to book this exact same place!! Definitely a 5 stars from the Kildow Tribe!!!

Amazing family get together

We rented this home for my son's first birthday party. We have a lot of family from several different states and this house had plenty of room for everyone to stretch and play. We really enjoyed the poker table for late night card games and spent many many hours at the pool. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had plenty of room to prepare a large meal. The house just goes on and on! We didn't feel like we were in Omaha, but at our own personal resort. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

4th of July in Omaha

This was a wonderful place to celebrate the 4th of July with family and friends! The kitchen area was very large which made it easy to make/plan meals for our group. The pool area was beautiful and even when it rained the kids enjoyed swimming. There was plenty of bedding and towels (even towels for the pool area). We walked down 1 block in the neighborhood and were able to catch AMAZING fireworks. Easy to find and close to interstate. Nice neighborhood. Our group wants to celebrate the 4th here every year! I've recommended this home to friends who travel to Omaha often for baseball.
