I missed an adequate desk. The first room which I was given had not been prepared well. There were no towels and the bathroom smelt like the drains in the bathroom were very smelly. But the staff were very friendly and efficient and gave me an alternative room immediately. The only breakfast available before 10 is a continental breakfast which is left outside your door. The food is relatively expensive but very tasty and varied. People very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Hotel was very central with good sized rooms and a varied menu. I was disappointed the normal menu wasn’t an option and is laid out on the bed for you too chose from in your room when you decided what you want to eat only to be told it’s festive menu only maybe put the menu you can choose from on the bed, as I have stayed in the past and the food is normally of good quality, in this instance it was not to the normal hi standard.
