"Our room was dirty when we checked in and the fold out bed was broken, we asked for it to get fixed and the maintenance staff said it needed to be “welded”.. we asked about swapping rooms and they did not allow us to and half our group couldn’t sleep due to discomfort of bed. Not ideal after a 10 ..."
