Old Pro Tours and Activities

Front desk was very helpful and quick. Kids loved swimming and playing foosball and ping pong. The sauna is kept at 160 and very spacious. The two queen room was comfortable. The pillows have a variety of firmness options in the room. Two bathrobes in the closet. Plus a safe. The shower faucet was old and leaking. The bathroom could use more counter space instead of the stylish freestanding vanity. Not a good trade off. Mini fridge was very convenient. Room was hot but there’s a ceiling fan and box fan in the wardrobe. The TV is small and old. The bellhops were helpful and courteous. The bar tenders are great and make Shirley Temples for the kids. The elevator situation is a bit much but usually not crowded. Very low clearance in the parking garage. 6’5” Location is excellent. We walked to the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. Coffee and ice cream are walking distance from hotel. Definitely would Stay here again.

When I made my reservation, you put me in a pet room. I did not have a pet to take. Those rooms are not the greatest and they’re on the bottom floor. They were so full and busy from all the activities this weekend they could not move me. What if I had a terrible allergy to dogs. I would’ve been screwed. The room cost enough almost $300 for one night. I think I deserve better. The curtain had a huge rip in the blackout one.. looked very trashy… There was two spots (piss looking spots)on the carpet. The bathroom vent was furry and gross. Normally, I like the Grand Lodge but this was unacceptable. I did not want a pet room.
