The living area includes a dining table that can also be used as a laptop workspace. A sliding window gives access to the covered veranda with table and **sea view over the Gulf of Cugnana** and the surrounding greenery. From the living room, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom is equipped with a shower. Near the entrance, there is a reed-covered area with a reserved parking spot.
