When we arrived there was a very musty smell in the trailer and it took two days to mostly air it out. This old trailer has been renovated only to the extent that all walls and cupboards have been painted.Showers/tubs, faucets, and floors have been replaced but it needs much more work. Cleanliness depends on what you are accustomed to. For us the cleanliness left much to be desired. It needs to be aired out before arrival; awnings put up, and boards removed from a few windows. The location is very peaceful with a lovely dock. This trailer is more appropriate as a fishing camp rather than a rental property for snowbirds. Since we are experienced snowbird we will not return as there are other more suitable properties available on VRBO. ##### Arthur A.
