Was very unhappy with the property. I had to clean and sanitize it before we could use it. The dishwasher had standing water and dirty dishes in it. I had to clean that and all dishes, pots, pans, utensils before using them There was dirt, dust, trash, mouse droppings everywhere. The floor is cracked\\broken(hidden by rugs) and weak as if you would fall through the floor at any moment. The shower in the back bathroom is held up with duck tape, we couldn't even use it. The other shower is so tiny, there isn't any room to move. The fence that is shown in the pictures is non existent. It is over grown, there is a nasty mold filled inflatable hot tub on the porch(completely useless). We were not able to relax and enjoy our vacation.I would NOT recommend this place if you are looking to relax. ##### Kimberly S. I would not recommend it for a family or an extended stay. The host was easily accessible and accommodating. There is plenty of parking space, and it accommodates boats. Unfortunately there are feral cats in the neighborhood who sleep on the furniture on the porch and a rooster next door who starts crowing at 4am.
