"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "Good stay for the price, reception girls lovey shame about the steak house joined to hotel as we were told didn’t need to book but stood waiting for a staff member to speak to us. Eventually she came over and said they were busy even though there were several empty tables. Then sat in the bar were other people went in and got seated."

"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too . A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice . I really look forward coming back with friends and family to enjoy such a nice set up in such a beautiful area "
