JD36: Flyway | Multiple Decks with Amazing Marsh Views

New for 2027: Flyway provides sheets and towels, and all beds will be made for your arrival. Sheets will be left for the futon and sleeper sofa, but these are not made in advance.

Flyway offers coastal charm, comfortable spaces and amazing long-distance marsh views in one of the most private locations in the Village. Nestled at the edge of natural wetlands, yet still close to dining and shops, this coastal retreat offers an open living area with lots of natural light, a fully equipped Chef's kitchen with ample counter space for easy meal prep, and a charcoal grill at the ready. Sit at the dining table on the screened in porch for your morning coffee or have it on once of the breezy decks or on your private bedroom balcony instead. A shaded hammock provides a perfect place to read or nap, and there's a hot and cold outside shower for an easy rise off after a day at the beach.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 bedroom with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with a Double. A double Futon Sofa in the double bedroom and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room offer flexible sleeping options but do not increase allowed occupancy.

Amenities include complimentary Starlink wireless Internet access, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, 3 TVs with internet service, and an electric fireplace. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers decks, a screened porch with dining table, a rope hammock, a charcoal grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Sheets and towels (for 6) will be provided and beds will be made for your arrival. Sheets will be left for sleeper sofa and futon, but they will not be made.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
