Professionally managed, decorated, and prepared for your relaxing family visit to Bethany Beach. This is our home we use for our family, and for you, as our guests over the summer. Pool and amenity access is included in your stay, as well as towels and all clean sheets will be ready to make up your beds (oddly this is usually done in DE through 3rd parties for an extra charge).

This home is a premier property in Forest Landing, with plenty of parking on a cul-de-sac lane, and an easy walk to the pool and pickleball. It has a beautiful large screened porch that opens to a paver patio and large backyard common area. Kids will LOVE the electronic ignition outdoor gas fire pit for evening s'mores - safety keyed switch included :)

Two wonderful King master bedrooms, one of the first floor with en suite bath, the other with an attached office or pack 'n play area. The layout of this house with the vaulted ceilings, loft area and light, airy vibe make it extremely popular home layout in the surrounding area.

The kitchen is easy access with a Keurig K-cup AND regular drip carafe, gas range, and an extra fridge/freezer in the garage if needed. Dining seats 8, but we usually have the kiddos hang on the screened porch table (another 8 spots) or the three kitchen counter seats.

3 x LG smart TVs with two surround sound systems (one in the Den and one in the Mega Kids room) supported by whole house 1 Gig Wifi. There's a wifi color printer/scanner as well in the office upstairs.

Free Level 2 12kW vehicle charger with J1772 or Tesla adapter to use for your trip.

---- Quick Notes ----- The Pool is open Memorial Day to September 30.

Please do bring your own beach chairs, but you're welcome to use our beach towels in the cabinets in the mudroom. We provide your basic hand soaps and soft toilet paper, but please do bring your own shampoos and bath products. If you have kids like ours, grab some extra paper towels here locally at Giant or Weis (we'll provide some paper towels to get you stay started). Dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry pods are included.

Guests will be required to sign a lease with some community guidelines for amenities.
