The house has all we need and is in a nice,quiet neighborhood. It was laid out nicely for our family of 4, and it's perfect if you bring your boat along. There are 2 driveways, one is long enough for the boat and truck. The outdoor hose was perfect for cleaning the boat off. We were minutes from Holts Landing state park which is a quick place to launch your boat into the bay. The house had all we needed....a front porch for morning coffee, an outdoor shower/hoses to rinse the sand off after the beach, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this house and location!
