It is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples seeking a coastal getaway to relax or a change of scenery to be more active and productive. Unwind at this tastefully furnished private home in Ocean View Beach Club, a community with resort amenities including Outdoor Pools with Kiddie Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Gym, Massage Room, Billiards, Poker/Game Room Tennis, Basketball, Pickle Ball nature trails and more. If you love the beach, look no further. Guests will have the entire house which is only 1+ mile from Bethany Beach, and within minutes to Fenwick Island and Ocean City. It is also easily accessible to Dewey, Lewes, and Rehoboth Beaches as well as outlet shopping. The property also has a backyard patio with grill. You'll enjoy your getaway at Coastal Charm. About the property: BEACH THEMED BEDROOMS Coastal Charm has 4 generously sized, comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom is inspired by one of the area’s beautiful beaches. Bedroom 1 (Bethany Beach) is located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, side chair, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate lavatory, walk-in closet with hangers, dresser and full-length mirror, and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 (Rehoboth Beach) is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, closet with hangers, dresser, full length mirror, side chair, and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 (Fenwick Island) is located on the 2nd floor. It has 2 generous and comfortable full- size beds, side table with lamp, side chair, and a closet with hangers. Bedroom 4 (Lewes Beach), located on the 2nd floor and has a full-size bed + a twin bed, huge walk in closet, and large ottoman. LIVING AREAS 1ST Floor: KITCHEN & DINING- Coastal Charm has an open concept kitchen/dining with a large modern quartz island and comfortable, padded counter height stools. Benches also are located near the island to encourage additional flexible gathering. The kitchen is fully stacked with quality plates, cups, wine glasses, pots, cooking and eating utensils, Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker, Toaster, Mini Bullet for smoothies, cake hand mixer, storage containers and more!! The dining area has a custom-made round quartz dining table and comfortable padded seating to further accommodate several dining options. A 72-inch folding table is also stored in the garage that guests can use for additional optional dining or board games. Main Living Room: Coastal Charm’s bright and sunny living room is part of the 1st Floor open concept living and is equipped with a comfortable sectional, coastal side tables, coffee table and a smart TV. The main living room opens to the backyard for additional seasonal outdoor entertainment and dining. OUTDOOR LIVING: Coastal Charm has a private backyard equipped with patio furniture with umbrella, gas grill, and outdoor heat lamp. (Patio with furniture will be available April-November, but guests are welcome to use the backyard anytime of the year). Beyond the property’s backyard, there is an open space that is being landscaped by the HOA for common use. Additional, expansive outdoor living space is available at Ocean View Beach Club Clubhouse which has 2 outdoor pools (kiddie and adult), patio seating, and a beautiful flexible gathering space with a fire pit. There is also a sports court near the pool where you can enjoy basketball, pickleball, and tennis. The clubhouse is open year-round, but the outdoor pool is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day each year. The LOFT: Coastal Charm has a large, nicely furnished 2nd Floor Loft with a comfortable sectional and a memory foam daybed for additional flexible seating and/or sleeping. The loft is also equipped with an 85-inch mounted smart TV for entertainment including movie nights and game nights when not at the beach or pool. You will love the loft! LINENS For your convenience, the following linens are provided: Bed Linens: 2 sets of hotel-grade sanitized linens are provided for each bed. Comfortable pillows and bed covers are also provided for each bed. There are also baskets with seasonal blankets in each room. Where? Check 1st and 2nd Floor Linen Closets for each corresponding floor) Bath Towels: A generous number of sanitized bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are provided for guests. Overflow parking is available in the front parking lot near the Ocean View Beach Club Clubhouse. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTICES; Clubhouse & Pool Hours and Use The Pool, located at the clubhouse (front entrance of Ocean View Beach Club) is open seasonally from 9am to 9pm from the Saturday before Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that the pool may occasionally close early for special events. Both homeowners and guests must access the club house with an access card (The host will provide the access card and instructions to guests at check in). The Ocean View Beach Club Homeowners Association charges a very reasonable fee of $35 per person per WEEK for renters’ wristbands so that renters can access the club house and all amenities. Kids 6 and under are FREE! The property is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we needed to make some wonderful meal at the property. Tons of small touches like beach accessories, starter toiletries, and superb cleanliness makes this a great choice. We loved the primary being on the main level and a secondary living room in the loft where the kids hung out. The clubhouse with a gym and billiards was a life saver since the weather was not in our favor for the beach. We come to Bethany for three weeks each summer and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The house is brand new, stocked with everything you could possibly think of and more, and the host was incredible in terms of communication and making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. As a family of seven, so you can imagine we need a lot of space and this house was perfect. The entire second floor was fantastic for all the kids to be upstairs and hang in the bonus room while we were on the first floor. The community is awesome and safe and we loved having so many little kids running around during our stay. We will definitely be looking to come back soon and hoping that we might be able to book all three weeks at this property, we loved it so much! We just recently stayed at Coastal Charm and had such a wonderful time. The house is new and very nice and clean. It is also nicely stocked with basically all the necessities (and good quality ones too)! We had initially thought it was closer to the beach, but it still did not ruin our time. The pool and clubhouse were very nice as well. I would stay here again for sure! ##### Kristen M. The home was very clean spacious and perfect for the 9 family members staying. Kitchen was stocked better than any other place we’ve stayed at in the past. The pool is less than 4’ deep so that was a bummer and the indoor pool wasn’t available to renters which was also a bummer as that was a driver in booking here- not the owners fault at all. Drive to the beach wasn’t bad either. Overall it was a wonderful week making memories with the family! I would stay here again! ##### Stacy M. My family was very comfortable here and appreciated all the extras from soft sheets, towels (shower and pool) chairs, umbrellas, bikes, spices, laundry detergent and the list goes on. It was clean, spacious, and afforded privacy when needed. Grandchildren loved ‘gaming’ on the big screen in the loft. We appreciated the many amenities offered. The clubhouse and pool are an added bonus. Definitely recommend! ##### Linda M. The house is beautifully appointed with everything we could've needed for a great week at the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and appliances to prepare meals for a large group. The beds were so comfy and even the towels were big and thick. Loved that there were two bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella in the garage that we could use. The pool and clubhouse were lovely and felt very much like a resort. And Lorna was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay at Coastal Charm again. ##### Cheryl D. My family (4 adults + 4 boys) stayed for a week. The check in process was easy & we appreciated the welcome note. The home is as pictured, has tasteful decor and is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for the handful of meals we made versus going out. The patio was perfect for post dinner dessert and a few games. We used the bikes, played poker and some of other games available. We only went to the pool a few times and were disappointed that there was only 1 court for basketball/tennis & pickleball and unless you signed up to use it in advance, it wasn't available. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler on wheels were perfect for our beach days. The linens and bath/beach towels were super soft and convenient. The sofas were inviting and nap inducing after a long day. Thanks for offering (2) King bedrooms as they are rare. The location is close to everything - making it an ideal place to stay.
