absolutely lovely! The house was clean, charming, welcoming, and cozy! It had great space for our whole family, including our two dogs. The fenced in areas were fabulous! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after long days at the beach. The house was well stocked and the host was very responsive to all communications. We will 1000% consider staying again! Thank you!!!

Very comfortable, felt very at home, clean, truly children and dog friendly, perfectly laid out for our family needs. Our host Sylvia was very helpful in our communication with her. Close to Bethany Beach, activities and terrific restaurants...highly recommend this vacation home by the shore!

We had a very nice stay. The location is great, tucked away in a nice neighborhood, yet convenient to stores & restaurants. The 2 beds we used were comfortable. Ruko TV available, but we brought our Firestick. Wifi was strong. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the extra paper towels, trash bags & such were a bonus. The fenced yard is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. Communication was quick & helpful. The house is a little dark inside, but thats because we had to keep the curtains closed because the sun comes in for most of the day and heated up the front room. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

This was an excellent home for our vacation to the beach this year. The home was very clean and everything exceeded our expectations. Our host, Sylvia, provided everything needed before arriving and answered all our questions. The area for our 2 dogs was great as it had a large fenced yard to play in. The home was well equipped for pets and would recommend it to anyone traveling with pets. There was plenty room for everyone with the 4 bedrooms which all were comfortable. The back room was a big bonus area with a day bed, chair, table, small refrigerator, and TV. Off of it, we spent a lot of time on the back porch relaxing throughout the day. The home is convenient to 2 shopping plazas with 2 grocery stores. It is only a short trip to the beach and many things in the areas such as restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly. I would definitely come back to this home for vacation.

Weekend of celebration

My family and i got together to celebrate a crew members milestones together and we’re so thankful for the ability to stay at this home! we loved the yard for our dog and space within the home it didn’t feel crammed being inside after our trips to the beach. The outdoor shower was a great asset for us to rinse off from the sand. I would 1000% book again!

Bethany Beach

This rental was perfect for our family vacation. All my adult children had their own room. The fenced yard was a plus for my son to play fetch with his dog that joined us. Great location, quiet neighborhood , minutes from grocery store and short trip to the beach. Sylvia responded promptly to all my questions.

This property really suited our needs. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. I am in a wheelchair temporarily, and it was great to have a bar in the shower. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen set-up was great. Three recliners in the living room made our "down time" very enjoyable. The pillow topped mattress in the master bedroom was so comfy! My husband spent time in the den and said it was very nice. We didn't use the deck, as it was very humid, but it looked very nice. The internet/Verizon connection would cut out occasionally. It was fairly easy to reboot, so not a big problem for us. I left a make-up bag there by mistake and the owner kindly offered to mail it to me. We had a lovely stay.
